We had another wonderful stay, this is our second time here, and it was every bit as lovely as the first. Patzy is an exceptionally attentive host, thoughtful and responsive throughout, always making sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful, and it’s clear how much care goes into it. We felt genuinely welcomed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
A great house for relaxing days in Tamarindo. We enjoyed it very much. Especially the bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms offer a lot of comfort. The pool is delightful. Only the 2 loungers by the pool were a complete disaster. One was completely broken, but the other was worn.
Very nice place to stay, very clean and comfortable. The beach is nearby as well as restaurants and pharmacies, stores. We really enjoyed our time there and wish we can be back soon

I had a wonderful stay at Patrizia’s home in Tamarindo. The property was easy to access and exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Patrizia was incredibly flexible and responsive, which made booking on short notice completely stress-free. She frequently checked in to make sure everything was going well and was always available if I needed anything. I truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking to stay in Tamarindo and would happily stay there again.
Very nice place to stay, within walking distance of the beach and the center. There were five of us in the accommodation, and we got along well. Any inquiries were answered immediately and very accommodatingly! I'd love to come back!

Overall we had an excellent time at Patrizia's place. The home was very clean and bright with clean linens, lots of towels, and everything we needed to do laundry. The A/C in every room was delightful, and the backyard pool was clean and refreshing. Directions for check-in were very clear and it was nice to have the property manager greet us upon arrival. The gated community was easy to access and navigate and felt very safe. The main beach/town was a very close drive, though about a 15 min walk on some uneven roads. Our group didn't mind at all but those with young children or mobility concerns should expect to stick to driving. There were a few things that would have made this trip even better - there were no cushions for the backyard chairs, which was unfortunate, and the lighter for the BBQ wasn't very dependable so we ended up having to buy our own. Besides that, we had a 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing week in Tamarindo.

First off, the place was gorgeous! Looks exactly what is depicted in the pictures. I love that it was secured with two security checkpoints before getting to the house. We thoroughly loved the saltwater pool and the outside showers. It is only 5 mins away from the beach and all restaurants. We will definitely rebook when we come back! The host and her staff were very responsive and hospitable. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! I do recommend renting a golf cart or a vehicle with good wheels because the terrain in the area is a bit rough.
We had an amazing stay at this home — everything was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout, which made the experience even better. Everything Was Excellent! My stay at Patrizia's place was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. House was perfectly arranged to make guests feel comfortable and at home. Check-in was seamless and the location was perfect for exploring the area. All the amenities were outstanding and everything I needed was readily available. The space was comfortable and relaxing, making it a perfect base for my trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Patrizia's place to anyone looking for quality accommodation with fantastic hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Check-in was somewhat challenging, as communication was directed via the phone or another app rather than the Airbnb app, and it was not with the host directly but through another individual. That said, the home itself was spacious, filled with natural light, and free of clutter, which made for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and conveniently within walking distance to both the beach and town.

Just to clarify for future guests, this property is an in-person greeting check-in, which was outlined in the check-in instructions sent by email and also in our Airbnb chat prior to arrival. Our co-host and property manager, Rosa Ines (listed on the Airbnb reservation), contacted you by phone only to confirm your arrival time as we hadn’t received a reply in the chat and she was waiting at the property to welcome you. This was simply to make the check-in as smooth as possible. We’re happy you had a comfortable stay and appreciate you choosing to stay with us.
This was the worst Airbnb experience I've ever had. The property was broken into in broad daylight while we were out, and over $10,000 worth of belongings were stolen. The advertised "on-site security" was nowhere to be found. The property was dangerously unsecured — multiple entry points couldn't be properly locked with the keys provided, and the safe was non-functional. This made theft disturbingly easy. The host's response was equally disappointing. Despite providing clear evidence of forced entry, the host has denied all signs of the break-in and the situation has yet to be resolved. What's particularly troubling is that monitoring appeared sufficient to flag minor rule violations during our stay, yet there has been no accountability for how individuals were able to enter the property and steal $10,000 worth of belongings in broad daylight. This property felt unsafe, poorly managed, and far below Airbnb's standards. I would strongly caution anyone against staying here.

Jadon, during your stay multiple house rules were violated, including bringing multiple unauthorised guests to have parties which goes strictly against our house rules. After the alleged incident, you continued to party and bring people to the house which was reported by security. Fuerza Pública (Police) inspected the property the same day you reported your belongings stolen however they confirmed there were no signs of forced entry and indicated negligence as the cause of the incident. Due to lack of evidence supporting a break-in, the case was closed by the authorities. All reports, video evidence, and official statements were submitted and Airbnb determined there were no safety issues with the property or the gated community.
This place was perfect, close to everything to restaurants, shops and beaches. The house was amazing, great location if you’re saying in tamarindo. The house and host definitely get a 5 star review from us.
