Absolutely beautiful home in a great location. Kitchen has so much more than other homes we have stayed in if you like to cook. Comfy beds, housekeeper is lovely and SO helpful. Rae was a great host. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Awaken was so memorable. I’ve not stayed at a more well appointed home - every possible kitchen appliance, spice, oil, and cooking utensil was stocked. The house is clearly a beloved home and not merely a rental property. We were a group of 7 including three little kiddos. The kids loved the bunk room (but honestly the beds were so comfortable I could have slept on a bunk, too). There were fantastic toys and games for the kids to play with during our stay! The pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off in the hot afternoons and the landscaping was maintained beautifully by Elvis. Madi, the housekeeper, greeted us warmly and kept the home spic and span for our entire stay which made this feel like a real vacation for me! The house is in a fantastic location - walking distance to the beach, harmony hotel, orgánico bakery, a great fruit stand and plenty of other delicious restaurants (a car wasn’t necessary). I can’t recommend this spot enough!

We LOVED staying at Awaken 2. Raeleen and her staff were amazing. The house was immaculate, beautifully stocked and so cozy. It felt brand new! The location is as central as you can get and I loved how private the house felt being offset from the road. Communication with Raeleen and her team was so easy and Raeleen was very accommodating. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Staying at Raeleen’s home in Nosara was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The house is even more beautiful than the photos thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and filled with stunning decor collected from around the world. Every detail felt intentional, warm, and welcoming. The location is unbeatable: a one-minute golf cart ride to the beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants, yet the home itself was peaceful, quiet, and serene. Raeleen was an exceptional host responsive, generous with local recommendations, and seamless from start to finish. The staff and house cleaners were wonderful, kind, reliable, and clearly proud of the home. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with high-quality tools and essentials, making our 10-day stay effortless and comfortable. Nosara completely captured our hearts, and pairing it with Raeleen’s beautiful home made the trip unforgettable. A truly top-tier Airbnb experience and we cant wait to come back!

Cool place, modern, comfortable and spacious. Nosara was a dream, as was the house. So well built and designed, always felt calm and relaxed at Casa Awaken. After a long day surfing or kayaking or hanging out at the beach, was refreshing every time getting back to the house. Rae was timely and helpful with responses and really made our trip with advice on local businesses and tips on Nosara. Marty helped us out perfectly with some restaurant recommendations. Looking back fondly, our family had the best time and the house was such an integral part of the trip. Already thinking about planning a return.

Raeleen and Matty were super responsive, helpful and experienced hosts. They had a beautiful, modern and spacious home. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. We really loved our stay as two families (four adults and 3 kids), the house had everything we needed (fully stocked from the kitchen, to bathrooms, etc.). Location is ideal - it was our first time in the area, along with Raeleen's instructions and suggestions we found everything we needed either with our rental ATV or walking distance (from the small center of town to the beach). We felt perfectly safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay

This home was everything we could have hoped for—beautifully laid out, incredibly comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for both convenience and privacy. The location felt safe and peaceful, yet everything we needed was just a short drive away. Every detail was considered, making it easy to settle in and truly relax. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Rae’s place was perfect. The house is gorgeous, filled with light and well appointed. It’s intentional, the furniture is comfy and the pool and outdoor area is cosy and relaxing. Also the kitchen area has everything you might ever need to cook a meal with friends/family. Location is great - walking distance to the beach and in the center of town. Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Nosara. We had a family of 6 and it worked out perfectly. The house and location completely matched the description. It was amazingly quiet and peaceful given the convenient location. Raeleen was a tremendous host and incredibly responsive! Stay here if in Nosara!!

We loved our stay at Casa Awaken. Raeleen and Matty were hands-down the best hosts we’ve ever had. They were super responsive and friendly, offering tons of local recommendations ranging from transport options, to top tour companies by activity type, and restaurants based on the time of day & vibe. Their hospitality and insights really made the trip next level in ways we could not have done on our own! The location is perfect. It’s a 5-minute walk to the main surf line-up and easy walk to good restaurants and shopping. The property is beautiful, and the house itself feels brand new with a kitchen to living room flow that kept our family connected and hanging out in the evenings. After our daily activities, everyone was typically beat, so the private pool and outdoor area in the afternoon were highlights, providing a spot to cool off, lounge under some shade with jungle views, or take outdoor naps. :) We highly recommend Casa Awaken and can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful house at a perfect location to enjoy all of Nosara. Our family had a wonderful time. We had a small medical emergency and the owners went above and beyond to help us and we are grateful for it. We will be back to enjoy this home and Costa Rica again - Pura Vida!

The house was beautiful, spacious and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, kitchen stuff. Just awesome.

This home is EXCEPTIONAL. Beautiful and well kept. The local property manager, Kattia, is great, very helpful and friendly. I went with my family and had a great time. The house is beautiful and well equipped. It is in a great location. I have nothing bad to say about it. I highly recommend it.

Rae’s place is fantastic. Everything was new and nice. The team was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!
