I felt very safe and comfortable in Oscar’s place. The location is great! It’s a 5 minute uber drive to the marina. The pool is right outside the condo. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The restaurant serves delicious food. The staff were super helpful and gave great local recommendations. The view at night was absolutely beautiful.

Loved our stay at Oscar’s- gorgeous view, and easy walk down the hill to downtown Cabo and the marina. Loved being able to walk right out from the apartment to the gorgeous pool and hot tub, and Oscar was wonderful with accommodating an early check in and quick responses.

Amazing views in a great location that is walking distance to most areas. Very secure location with 24 hr security. The condo is just as nice as pictures and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved Oscar‘s condo. It was near the pool had lots of chairs and fantastic view. Oscar came to visit us and gave us a lot of recommendations and even booked a dinner cruise for us which we loved. I would recommend staying here for anyone who wants a peaceful place to stay, very secure, and very close to the marina and all that has to offer.

Great stay and great views

Really convenient! Was close to all activities and restaurants. Oscar was very responsive and helped as soon as possible! Place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. Only downside is that the elevator was broken in the building so we had to use the stairs other than that great place! The security within the complex was VERY secure so we felt overly safe. Would stay here again!

Stayed at 8 different locations in Pedregal over the past 5 years. This location takes the cake. 5 stars. Zero issues, would stay again = 100%. Thank you Oscar for the timely communications and warm welcome. Perfecto!

One of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in, the views are definitely the best The apartment is close to many facilities, and the best thing is that it has access to a jacuzzi with ocean views. A minor note about the elevator, but there was no problem with us since we love to exercise and walk 😊 Without a doubt, if God ever allows me to return to Los Cabos, I would not hesitate to return to Oscar's apartment

The unit itself was really wonderful. Oscar is a wonderful host; very responsive; helpful and understanding. We were not aware that the elevator was not working - it was not noted on the listing we viewed to make the reservation. (Oscar will update it!) As others have noted, the location of the building & unit are on a hill-which is navigable. Hubby has mobility issues-he could do the hill but not and additional 2-4 flights of stairs, so if we had known about the elevator not working, we would have made other arrangements. We did stay at the unit for a part of our visit, and were sad to leave, as it was wonderful! It is very secure, safe and a wonderful view. It is close to restaurants & things to do in Cabo. Oscar was very understanding & we appreciated his hospitality. Hopefully we can return & stay longer! Thank you!

Location and views are amazing!

Stunning place! The view is amazing and the space was serene and relaxing. Our kids loved the easy access to the pool. The place was spotless and comfortable. The location is very convenient, easy to get to and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. Oscar was very responsive and helpful. We loved this place and can’t wait to go back!!

This condo and the entire bulding is newer and very nice with good views and a great infinity pool overlooking the Marina. The place is modern, very spacious and clean with modern ameninities. And Oscar was very flexible in terms of check in times and very helpful. Highly recommend this place

Loved this Airbnb! It’s even better in person than the pictures. It’s bright and spacious with an incredible view. The pool area is beautiful with an infinity pool overlooking the city and ocean. Oscar was a great host, who arranged our airport transfers and was quick to reply to my messages. Would definitely recommend!
