Everything in Diana's place was great. At the beginning, we had a problem because there was no water. I communicated it to them and they resolved it immediately. The place is in a quiet area and has security, which is important to me because I travel with small children. Anyway, everything was great. The children were delighted because behind the place there are red lapas and congos. They were fascinated. I recommend it.
An incredible stay. The place is very nice, super close to the beach. The place has secure parking, there's a supermarket across the street, and it has a swimming pool and everything you need for cooking. In the mornings, wild animals can be seen through the window that opens onto the balcony. We’ll definitely be back another time.

Excellent accommodation; the apartment is well equipped and in a strategic location for visiting several nearby beaches. The place is very secure, and we never had any problems.
For me and my family, it exceeded my expectations in terms of the place, location, tidiness, security, and the type of apartment. It was easy to get to different beaches, and not to mention the host's service. I will definitely be back to this place for my vacation soon. I would definitely recommend it. Honestly, it's a great option for families; a very nice and comfortable place. We would definitely use it again.
Just one important detail, there are 03 flights of stairs. The place is about a 15-minute walk from the condo to get to the beach. Very happy with the stay. Pretty quiet, and you can rest. The host was very friendly, and very willing to meet our needs, always with immediate responses. Impeccable cleanliness. It is recommended to talk to the host beforehand about the things you have in the accommodation, e.g. coffee powder, oil, toilet paper, liquid soap, among others, so that you do not miss something.

Speaking of location and furniture (beds) it's perfect. On the other hand, there is no basic equipment: there is no shampoo and bath soap, there is nothing in the kitchen (I know it is not a requirement but it would be appreciated if they included at least coffee, sugar or something like that, even more so taking into account that there is no store nearby and the ones that are, close early. What disappointed me the most was the cleanliness. At first glance, the place has everything it offers, but you only need to take a bath (with cold water because it doesn't have hot water) for this illusion to crumble: we saw cockroaches. I'm not saying this as a complaint, I'm saying it as a suggestion so that other guests can have a much better experience than ours, since the space has the potential to be a great accommodation for that price level. I would like to summarize my experience in four concepts: good location, great communication with the host, poorly equipped and in need of deep cleaning.

If any of these were missing during your stay, we sincerely apologize and would have been happy to promptly assist had we been informed. • Store Location: There is a well-stocked store located directly across the street from the property. • Kitchen Supplies: While we do not advertise providing items like coffee or sugar, we understand their appreciation. However, this is a conscious choice to maintain consistency and hygiene. • Hot Water: The property has a very reliable hot water supply. Had we been made aware of any problem during your stay, we would have responded immediately to resolve it. • Cleanliness: This is a newly opened property, and everything is maintained to a high standard. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each guest’s arrival. While we have never had any reports of insects, it is possible for a common bug to enter the apartment when balcony or entrance doors are opened, as we are surrounded by nature.
