This is a truly special place. The ocean views are absolutely breathtaking-honestly out of this world-and waking up to the sound and sight of the sea was unforgettable. We would consider returning. That said, there were a few areas that could use attention. When we arrived, the property felt a bit unkept and the kitchen sink needed cleaning, which we took care of ourselves. The path leading to the beach was quite overgrown and we had our cousin cleared it with a machete (he is a local) in order to access it. The patio furniture showed signs of rust and the outdoor area could benefit from a sweep. We also experienced a power outage that lasted about seven hours; however, the host was responsive and kindly helped us resolve the issue. We appreciate and agree with his resolution to the problem. Overall, this is a beautiful property with incredible potential. With a bit more upkeep and attention to maintenance (lots of insects inside), it could be an exceptional stay. Thank you George

good attention, super equipped house that was what we liked the most, beautiful access of Playa and rio super nearby , the stay was wonderful... keep it up.

We had an amazing family getaway at the beach house. It was incredibly private, allowing us to bring our pets along, which made the experience even better. The house was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing escape. We loved the serene atmosphere and will definitely return.

The house is amazing, with spectacular coastal views, it's spacious and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need to spend a very comfortable stay. I would return without hesitation.

The house is quite comfortable, they have enough rooms, bathrooms and everything in kitchen and rooms to be comfortable. Our experience on arrival was not the best, as the foreman was not clean and prepared or the external area or pool. They helped us when we reported it.

Very nice house just like the photos, it met my expectations, a lot of privacy both on the beach, and the house since there are no neighbors fences, for the street to the house I recommend going in pickup trucks as it is difficult to transit, the main room is divine

The house and setting are amazing. It is a must stay, but they do have some power supply issues, and there is a chance you will be without power for a while. If it happens, just go to the beach. Still worth it!

We had SUCH a terrific time! The hosts were super responsive and nice and helped out a lot! We went with a big crew of like 10 folks, and we had a really excellent time. the place is quite large, and i think could easily handle something like a company BBQ for like 20 folks and it would be kind of neat to try something like that there. We really liked the kayaking and even brought our own paddleboards to explore with even more people!

Angie and George are tremendous hosts, as well as their foreman Don Carlos. The place is beautiful, 100% recommended, there is a beach and river just a few steps down the private path, both houses have all the amenities, all clean and tidy. WiFi Internet, there is cell phone coverage, Amazon Fire Stick with Amazon Prime, Disney and Netflix. Excellent barbecue, impeccable view, a lot of breeze that keeps the place cool, I have no complaints, I will visit this place again, no doubt.

The instructions given before arrival were clear and extensive which brought us to the place without any issues. The accommodation was nice and clean and has an amazing view over the ocean. We only stayed for a short weekend but it would have been nice to stay a little longer to have a nice and unwinding vacation.

Great location to disconnect. Cleaning 100%. Excellent view. Great climate. Great comfort. The house is 100% equipped. Great communication with the owners. Recommended.
