It was excellent. The hosts are super friendly. Everything was very comfortable. The pool is super clean The only issue is that there is no transportation to get there. It's only by car. But everything is close by car It was amazing and we would come back ❤️

The house is not in optimal condition. The showers need maintenance. The screens were not working. The air conditioning in Rooms 1 and 3 was not working. It is very important to fumigate because there are too many insects.

Upon your arrival, you were shown the house and the 4 TVs were working properly. 2. You reported the air conditioning issue and it was resolved on the spot. 3. Regarding the ants, they did come out, but it could have been avoided if they hadn't left food on the floor of the room. Regards.

We had a good time. The house matches the description in the ad. The pool was at a very good temperature and had different levels for the kids. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms, which was appreciated with the weather. We had an incident with the water that was resolved immediately. There may be some maintenance issues that could be addressed, but they are manageable. Thank you for everything.

From the time of the quote, Gerardo was flexible with the check-in time. Everything was very clean, he provided recommendations, and he was responsive to my questions. A very convenient location for getting around to anywhere; lots of convenience stores. My family and I recommend it 100%

The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The bedrooms are quite spacious and have an incredible view. The host was friendly and responded to everything I asked for. We were traveling with 2 people in wheelchairs, and the host gave me access to the pool from a different side so that we wouldn't have to climb so many stairs. As a recommendation, they should be more careful about the ants and insects that appear in the bathrooms. Other than that, everything was great. The area is very quiet. I definitely recommend it!!!

The house is quite comfortable and beautiful, it is better than in the photos in addition to having a part of the outdoor room which gives it that different touch, the pool area has a small kiosko very comfortable and useful for eating and drinking as well as having a bathroom there next to not go up to the rooms. And good Gerardo, an excellent host, always attentive to everything, we had a small detail with the pool on the first day and he immediately gave us a solution. My family loved the house and we will definitely return 🫡

The house met my expectations; the bedrooms were very spacious and cool, and the pool was a good size and a pleasant temperature. The only minor issue was that there were a few ants in the bathrooms, but other than that, everything was fantastic.

Our stay was very pleasant. The service from Gerardo and his team was excellent: they responded quickly and were always attentive to what we needed. The house is very spacious, which is very enjoyable, although moving things from one place to another can be a bit tiring due to the distances. We really enjoyed the view, especially the New Year's fireworks in the bay. The only detail to improve would be the control of insects (ants), especially in the outdoor kitchen. Other than that, my family and I really liked it and would definitely come back.
