We enjoyed our stay at Gerald's place. It's in a great spot right on the beach in "south" Potrero within walking distance to shops & restaurants. A great spot to use as a home base to explore the wider Guanacaste coast. We liked Potrero because it doesn't feel as commercialized and sanitized as some of the more tourist-centric towns along the coast. Unit has been tastefully renovated and decorated. Well equipped kitchen. One of the cleanest AirBnb's I have ever stayed in. Killer sunset views from the balcony. Cold A/C. Responsive host. And the toilet paper was better quality than the 5 star resort that I had just came from. Neighbor Mike was a friendly ambassador to the condo complex and offered some helpful tips. I would stay there and would recommend it to others.

Great stay! More beautiful than in the pictures!

This place was perfect for our family of four. Loved the decor, being right on the beach with a pool and walking distance to shops and stores. Not crowded either.

Terrific place that is clean and well-managed. Everything you need for a great week in Cozumel is provided. Highly recommend!

my husband and I traveled with our two girls ages 3 years and 6 months. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. We would come again in a heart beat. The pool was lovely to the kids. The ocean was right at your door step. we can't say enough good things.

We had the most amazing week! The condo is beautiful, exceptionally clean and exactly as the pictures show. I especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was! Every type of pot, pan, cooking utensil and variety of plate sizes were there. We like to do a good amount of cooking in and I never wished for anything because it was there! Having the washer and dryer just outside the front door was so helpful, particularly as this stay was the second half of our trip and we needed to refresh. Potrero beach is lovely but we ended up loving Playa Flamingo the best and it was just a quick 5minute drive away. Another beach we tried and liked was Playa Penca, also just a few minutes away. We enjoyed the area and ate at many of the local restaurants. We never had a bad meal throughout our entire time in Costa Rica. There were lots of families in the area and we felt very safe out walking around in the evenings. Driving was never an issue either. Definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed at!

Great location. Very clean and just a very comfortable condo. It’s spacious and has everything you could need. We really enjoyed our time here. It’s a very safe building with great neighbor's. We walked into town every evening for dinner. The location is very close to other beaches also and we did a lot of beach hopping and the location made that easy from where we wanted to go. We also really enjoyed the town of Potrero. It’s small and very authentic. We would definitely go back and stay here.

Great place right on the beach, would stay again.

We had a great time at this comfortable condo. Well furnished and had many extra's to make a nice stay. Wonderful sunsets and warm calm water to swim in. Manager, Christian, was very helpful, answering questions on how to find tv channels. Mike, the neighbor, friendly giving us great recommendation on how to cook the perfect Tomahawk steak. Wonderful beach massages from Annie as well. We would recommend for sure!
