The villa was beautiful. Pool was perfect temperature. All of the rooms felt equal so no one felt like they got the short end of the stick. The chef she recommended was great. The house manager was responsive and helpful. It felt private and we had the whole neighborhood to ourselves. It also felt safe. And check in and check out was flexible. We will definitely stay here again if Kelly would have us.

This home in San Jose de Cabo is truly exceptional. Beautiful view, nicely decorated, fantastic infinity pool with a heat able jacuzzi tub. The home is more beautiful in person than the pictures.

I stayed in this home for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful and spacious. Great kitchen with a gorgeous outdoor pool/jacuzzi area with stunning views. Kelly was fantastic to communicate with. Easy to reach and helpful with recommendations.

A spectacular house that far exceeded expectations

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The view was incredible, and the location was perfect—close to both the airport and downtown San Jose.

Amazing home with everything you need.

Luxurious home in a picturesque location! The photos were a spot-on representation of this property; large comfortable spaces, high end finishes, and tastefully decorated. The pool, spa, and patio area are bathed in sunlight all day and we enjoyed the sunsets from the pools edge. Home is well stocked with linens, bath products, and kitchen essentials, all came in handy. The binoculars on a tripod were a lovely touch to whale watch throughout the day. The neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained, but also growing with some construction one house away. There was some construction noise (concrete saws and sledgehammer sounds) that was pretty consistent from 8:00am-6:00pm; it did not detract from our experience, but worth noting. We tried to use the Beach Club, but were unable to enter without paying a MXN$4,000 pp. The language in the property listing led us to think that beach club access was included in our stay, perhaps some clarity needed for future guests.

Kelly is simply a phenomenal Host! We connected by text and phone 2 weeks in advance of arrival. She is very friendly and genuinely cares to make sure your vacation is awesome. We highly recommend staying at her amazing private home located in La Noria subdivision just minutes form JW Marriott, Flora Farms and Acre restaurants!

Wonderful house & pool! Great stay for families/couples. Kelly was easy & excellent host-addresses/answers every question & very helpful for resources info for chef, photographer, etc.

This was the very best airbnb my wife kids & I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous, spacious, Super Plush peaceful, fully stocked, awesome kitchen & a truly fabulous host. Commutation was perfect + all questions were answered from food, transportation & logistics ……views, pool, patio area are stunning..definitely staying here again…highly recommend!
