We had some issues with the showers and the response to our reporting the problem was less than efficient!! The problem was not resolved and we left without feedback or information explaining why the problem with the shower head, that a nice serviceman tried to fix but couldn't, since he needed a part to replace the damaged one. We wanted to BBQ but the unit is not usable the way it is. Suggestion: The owner of this very nice house should spend few days in it to check what needs to be fixed and to prevent further deterioration of the house; we found that there is significant deferred maintenance that needs to be attended before things and equipment breaks down. We enjoyed the pool and the location!!

Only thing good about this place was the cleanliness, everything else was subpar. All the mattresses were firm besides the master therefor no one slept well and left with back pain. The concierge Isaac is money hungry so he will try to sell you on excursions and things without explaining in full detail and leaving out key components so I recommend doing your own research and finding your own things to do. The back gate off the patio doesn’t lock bc it is rusted and outdated like a lot of the items in the home (outdoor table , pool chairs/ cushions, grill ). Be careful with food in the kitchen as there are ants on the counter. The fans in all of the upstairs bedrooms are not easily operable as they do not have a switch attached to easily cut on and off. Living room tv sound can not be adjusted. Washer works when it wants and downstairs bathrooms flooded while we were there due to undisclosed sensitive plumbing issues, that were then blamed on us. So the price is definitely NOT WORTH IT!

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! The house was even better in person. She was very responsive and Issac was also very helpful! We would’ve loved to stay longer if we could’ve!

THIS HOME IS A MUST BOOK! SPACE SPACE SPACE! BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN! Jessica home is pristine and beautiful. Me and my friends booked Jessica’s home within days of coming to Cabo and she was very accommodating and helpful. The home is very spacious for large groups or families. We didn’t even want to leave the property because the home felt so welcoming. The location is great as well. We felt very safe and comfortable. The chef and Isaac was a plus. Please utilize the chef the food is amazing. Being from Atlanta we love good food. The pool was amazing, the staff was great it’s more than enough space ! I just loved it and would recommend anyone to stay here..overall Please look no further and book this property! My first time in Cabo and we will be back.

This place was amazing for my birthday/bachelorette of 16 girls! From the beginning the communication and responsiveness was great. They made sure we were taken care of from transportation, house needs, decorations, experiences, private chef (which was a huge highlight!). Truly impressed with the hospitality. The home is very spacious. It never felt crowded. The home was also very clean. Thanks so much for an unforgettable stay!!!

Overall our stay was amazing. The chef they suggested for us was a god send. With 10 people and located where the house (actually) is - a chef was necessary. The view is great- the house is nice- but there were a few things I didn’t read in comments that I wish someone would have said. First the location is set to very close to Cabo. The pin is actually wrong. It’s more like midway point between Cabo and San Jose. Which worked out well- we actually liked San Jose better, but if you really want to stay close to the marina, this is a 20 mins drive the pin is not accurate. Also it’s positioned in between two hotels. Not an issue, but the hotel to the left has events (they end at 10 and only for a few hours) however I didn’t see anyone mention that here in the comments. It’s like the party is inside your room. It’s very loud. Again, just a few hours but this is the kind of thing people need to know before spending thousands per night on a house. Overall we had a good time.

The house was great and very confortable, we felt home as soon we get in the house, issac was very helpful and he raccomanded a lot af good restaurant and bar , all of us love the house and the pool .
