Everything was excellent

The house was exactly what we hoped it would be and more. It’ll be the first thing I book on our return to Santa Teresa! The pool was an amazing centerpiece for the property, each bedroom was very comfortable and well furnished, and the location was an excellent launching off point for the area. Rotem was a kind, responsive and fun host! He helped ensure our vacation was a memorable one!

This home is AMAZING!!! We loved everyday we were there. Karla is amazing and took good care of us. Jose was maintenance and always available. Don’t think twice, this place is wonderful

The best house in Santa Teresa, close to the beach and the best restaurants in the area, a unique sunset view and the perfect pool to enjoy the view, we will return

We had a great visit to Santa Teresa and highly recommend this villa. Although it’s located up a hill, compared to some other villas, it is possible to walk up & down…although you’ll want a 4x4 for daily use too. Carla keeps the house clean, will do your laundry and is a great cook. Jose stayed in the studio apartment because we were not using it and he helped answer any question that came up regarding the house and pool. Rotem was quick to respond to any questions as well. We can’t wait to return!

Rotem was an excellent host! He helped us with everything during our trip, not just provided fantastic accommodations but helped to rent ATVs (and he told us that we woe need them there), advised on hikes and nature tours, recommended restaurants and local parties. The house was very clean, it felt very safe too as there was always someone guarding the entrance. Villa was private, there was a great cleaning lady Carla with us as well and she cooked breakfasts and did laundry. We had a fantastic time in Santa Teresa!

We have been coming to Costa Rica since 1990 and have stayed in many homes in different parts of the country. Casa Juliet is our new favorite. The home is amazing with spectacular views! The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The home is very safe, behind a gated entrance. We never locked the doors during our stay. We were 4 couples in the home. because of the layout, we never felt cramped or limited on space. The grounds are beautiful and the pool and patios are large with several separate seating areas. The staff, Clara and Jose were onsite every day for cleaning and maintaining the pool and grounds. Clara also cooked and prepared meals when asked. Our host, Rotem was awesome, he was always available to assist and direct us to the best restaurants and activities and checked in on us often. We can't wait for our next trip to Casa Julliet!

Rotam was super helpfull and professional. We loved our week in the house. Close to everything u want too see. The house was super clean and the pool is amazing. The staff (jose and karla) are great people who keep it clean and ready for you 24/7 we will def return here
