Best family vacation we’ve ever had. Most of it is Karen’s fault :) From the moment we booked the reservation to stay at Karen‘s this summer, the communication was timely and helpful. The guidebook was thoughtful and covered every aspect we needed. Her staff on site were courteous and anticipated our needs. We felt right at home immediately. Our two boys, eight and 10, had their first international experience eating gallo pinto on the veranda every morning, swimming in the pool, and surfing on the beach (10 minute walk from house). The location of the property is breathtaking. We just couldn’t get over how lucky we felt to be there. Quite a blessing. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Karen’s property to anyone looking to explore the Dominical / Uvita area of Costa Rica. Pura Vida!!

Karen's Villa near Dominical was a great place to stay wi the easy access to Dominical and Uvita. Accessing the property was very easy and there was a guard at the entrance gate there 24/7 to let us in and out whenever we wanted. The pool was great and had a beautiful setting overlooking Playa Dominicalito. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the areas. Thanks again Karen & Olmer!

Soul to Sol was a wonderful place to stay. The setting was peaceful and beautiful--lots of birdwatching! The pool and patio areas were perfect and the house was comfortable, clean, and cool. I would absolutely come back, this is a perfect home base for visiting the Costa Ballena! Thank you, Karen!

If you are looking for your dream Costa Rica stay this is definitely the place, the views are amazing, the place its super clean, the infinity pool its everything you want in a summer vacation, its very close to the beach, Karen was very responsive and pro active on anything we could need 🙏 we made some great memories here

Most beautiful view and a very comfortable stay for our family of 4. We felt safe the entire time. It’s the perfect mix of being right in the jungle with an incredible ocean view—the scenery was unreal. The hosts were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We were even greeted by monkeys on the balcony, which was such an amazing experience! The nearby waterfall was a big hit for our family as well. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

The perfect spot for our girls trip. The host had someone available to us at all times, and he made everything so easy. The house was SO clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for girls needing closet and bathroom space. We took surf lessons, went to waterfalls, went to the beach and ate out many times. Everything was close, but not overly touristy. I do recommend having a car. There was an adorable neighbor dog who visited us often. We didn’t see much wildlife, only an opossum. Bring bug spray! 10/10 would stay here again.

The best stay we’ve ever had! The view was unreal, the home was extremely clean, and Karen was so quick to respond and helpful with everything. We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at Karen's place for a week and enjoyed every minute. It was a perfect home base. We looked forward to coming back to the pool in the afternoons and hanging out here for the amazing sunsets. They had plenty of pool, house and beach towels. The kitchen had everything you'd need for a meal. We would recommend this villa to anyone coming to the area and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 3rd visit to Costa Rica, but the first time in Dominicalito. The house is amazing, no remarks. Well equipped with fans, air conditioning and mosquito nets. Lots of nice outdoor areas, sunsets on the balcony are amazing. The pool is large and clean, we used this daily. The area is safe. Close to the main road, so the traffic is heard well and can sometimes be disturbing. Good communication with owner and concierge. We used the place as a base for various excursions and were a little on Dominicalito beach. Recommend Nauyaca waterfalls, remember to leave early to avoid crowds. Recommend the Italian restaurant Gusto about 10 min south towards Uvita, delicious food and amazing views. Thank you for having us, we had a great week!

Beautiful home with amazing views and a great pool!

My husband and I had a lovely week long couple's getaway at Karen's place. While we have traveled a lot, it was our first time in Costa Rica and the concierge service made it easy and stress free. Olmer arranged for a pick up and drop off transport between the villa and the airport. He secured a car rental for us for our on site week. The rental car was delivered to and picked up from the villa. We were also able to pre-order some groceries which were at the villa when we arrived after a very long travel day. We also booked several tours through Olmer in advance of our arrival. We would absolutely recommend renting a vehicle as it facilitates getting around and is safer than walking on the shoulder of the main road. The BM supermarket is a 5-10 minute drive and well stocked. The villa itself is lovely. We enjoyed the lovely views from every room and simply relaxing in the pool and on the deck. I would gladly visit again!

Everything was great and we loved the villa very much

We loved this location and home! It was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and various excursions. Also, It is in a quaint little town that did not seem overwhelmed by tourists. We were fortunate to have a group of monkeys come through the backyard on 2 different occasions. Probably my favorite part of our vacation was the view - we were able to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony and had breakfast on the terrace while looking at the beach and waves. The concierge, Olmer, was very helpful and Karen was very responsive. Strongly recommend this villa!

Absolutely amazing. The villa is exactly as pictured in a very safe and secure location / gated community. The views overlooking Dominicalito Beach were nothing less than incredible. Pool very clean and good size. Location is perfect for travel to Manuel Antonio or Uvita. Karen and Olmer communicated very well and provided great options for excursions. I highly recommend!! And would love to return
