It exceeded our expectations!! Excellent service, comfortable space and extremely clean areas. We traveled as a family and we all felt right at home. The house is a great family destination.

We were a family of 8 people and Patricia place offered us all the Space we needed. We each had our own room with attached bathroom which was so wonderful. Lots of Space to gather inside and out. The back yard was beautiful! It’s so peaceful and quiet so we were rarely inside. We absolutely loved the pool and spent every morning poolside doing yoga. Lots of wild life ventured through the yard. Great location. We enjoyed the walk to the marina but we also had a golf cart and could get anywhere within the gates in a matter of 5 min. Patrick and Valerie were extemely attentive to any need or request we had. It was a Lovely trip and we would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Patrick's house, and certainly not our last visit! Like last time, everything was perfect. The house is clean and comfortable, everything is close and can be done on foot. We recommend this slice of heaven without hesitation!

Everything was great; we recommend it!

House is just as pictured and described, which is to say, beautiful and comfortable. We were two families with small kids and we had a blast using the pool, grill, and large common spaces. The location is excellent -- convenient to large grocery store, good restaurants, beautiful beach with calm, shallow waters, and many wonderful cenotes. Valerie was easy to communicate with and offered good local recommendations for food. Would love to come back again someday.

Our group of 8 friends enjoyed our 10 days at the villa. The villa itself is spacious allowing each couple to have a private room and bath. The community of Puerto Aventuras is a safe, active community with lots to do and great restaurant choices, and a local market for fresh produce. We had to ask for extra towels as only one per guest was left in check in. Valerie accommodated this for us and was available to manage some other repair issues that were needed during our stay. If more attention to detail had been given in preparations before our check in, intrusive visits for repairs could have been avoided. The villa has amazing potential to be a luxurious airbnb but lacks the attention to small details that matter to guests such as fresh, thirsty towels, proper kitchen linens, adequate lounge seats for all guests around the pool and beach chairs/ umbrellas for travelling guests, Overall, the kitchen was stocked well and the beds were comfortable. We did enjoy our stay!

Perfect location for visiting all that Riveria Maya has to offer. Close to beaches, Tulum and Playa del Carmen. Puerto Aventuras was a comfortable community with restaurants, beaches and golf! The house was spacious and comfortable.

Fantastic home for multi generational vacationers! Large private and lockable bedrooms all with patios and ensuite bathrooms. We used Patric’s chef and cleaner to make our stay truly relaxing. Valerie and her sister made amazing meals and Lupi kept up with the mess the kids were making so the parents could relax… Patric also arranged for golf carts to be dropped off and picked up by Julia which made getting around fun and fast. So much to see at PA we should have stayed 2 weeks not one…. The whole family was grateful for the experience.

It was a wonderful experience for our family of 11 staying here. Everything was sized right for our very tall family from the king size beds to the dining room chairs. Each room had it’s own on suite and balcony allowing each couple extra privacy which can be hard to find when traveling together. Communication with the host was great. If we ran out of a household supply it was immediately replenished. There was even a very friendly gentleman who popped in daily for a short visit to tend to the grounds and make sure the pool was properly treated. The neighbourhood was very safe as we took our short walks to the local shops and restaurants or just out for an after dinner walk from a full meal of steaks on the BBQ that’s provided. We would all love to visit this wonderful home again in the future and be treated so beautifully again. Thank you!! Ellen

We loved our stay here! The house was roomy and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. My kids especially loved the pool. The house itself had a few things that could be fixed, but most things were minor and seemed to be damaged from previous guests (?). There was someone to clean the pool nearly every day, plenty of dining water, and the house felt very private. Valerie was very helpful with making recommendations for things to do and answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Patrick's went very well. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very clean, spacious and very well-equipped. The bathroom in each bedroom is a real plus! The neighborhood with secure access is very quiet and the walkable beach is great for kids and snorkeling! We were unlucky to have the refrigerator break down at the beginning of the stay but, Valerie was able to quickly find a fallback solution and the refrigerator, which was not repairable, was quickly changed by Patrick. Valérie is very approachable and very friendly and responds quickly to any requests. We highly recommend this accommodation which is very well located for exploring the south of Quintana Roo (Cenotes, Coba, Tulum, Playa de Carmen, Xpuha, Akumal, etc...)

Patrick's house is really beautiful and super spacious. Cleanliness is definitely what I liked most about the place. Communication was excellent and always respectful. The pool is something we value very much.
