Let me start my review of this lovely home. AC unit in the bottom floor! We did have a hiccup while we were there but it did get fixed and once fixed it was nice and fresh! WiFi, doesn’t work all that well! If you have good cell service you don’t notice it but WiFi is almost non-existent The home itself is absolutely beautiful and being inside a gated area is very safe! What we loved about this home! Beach equipment! They supply beach chairs, umbrellas and an ice cooler to use while you go to the private beach! Pool is a great addition to being able to relax the days you just want to lounge by the pool. Spacious home! It was 6 of us and having 3 bathrooms made our stay comfortable as we didn’t have to be fighting for bathrooms. The upstairs is so spacious and the view is just beautiful! The beds are comfortable!! Each room was comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place. Uber rides are short distance from shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

The house was in a nice gated community & had a nice pool and back yard The bedrooms could use a tv in my opinion Overall it was a nice place to stay at and i would recommend it

Great place for a family get together with the shared pool and communal area, close to Costco, Groceries and just a quick Uber or drive to the marina.

We had a pleasant stay, it is a spacious house for large groups. Everything was very comfortable, clean and the host was extremely responsive, they were attentive throughout our stay to answer any questions. We were able to take our dog for an extra fee, she also had an amazing time. The condo has a very nice private beach and has supermarkets and oxxo nearby. The house comes with everything you need to go to the beach, cook and make barbecue.

Gaby was always very attentive and super helpful, I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it 100% The house had everything my group of friends and I needed Thanks Gaby for having us!!!

The good: Excellent location to explore area, quick ride to downtown/beaches. Beautiful neighborhood that is gated and very safe and has a great private beach (big hill and bit of a walk). The pool and landscaping of the house is really nice and there are amazing views of the ocean upstairs. The Bad: The house was not prepped for our arrival. The air had not been turned on, it was 100 degrees and smelled musty. The ac works well once it has been running but it took a long time to cool down the place our first day. The pool had not been cleaned, skimmed or vacuumed. It took us an hour to skim the pool before we could use it. They should not advertise that they have Wi-Fi., barely works and constantly goes out. Tv and Netflix didn’t work. Biggest issue was we contacted the management company and they literally did nothing. No one came and fixed or addressed anything. We got messages that they were “looking into it” and “wanted to make sure our stay was great” but did nothing.

Pool and outdoor space is awesome. Safe location. Plenty of room for everyone in our party. Beach toys the host provided are great.

Great place! We rented out both sides and had the pool to ourselves. Very clean, in a great safe area. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Cabo.

We had a great time staying here. It was our first visit to Cabo and the private beach is beautiful at the house. We visited serval beaches in the area but loved ours the best. Not many people on the beach, you could snorkel or rock hop and look at all the marine life in the tide pools. It was great to have the grocery store just across the street. We visited often and the bakery/coffee/ice cream there was yummy too. Would stay here again for sure.

Stayed for my sister’s 30th birthday weekend with some friends in Cabo and we couldn’t have asked for a better time! The house was very clean, spacious and it was amazing to be so close to the private beach! We got to relax by the pool and going downtown for when we wanted a night out or dinner was a quick Uber ride. Host was super responsive and made sure to check in with us during our stay. As a small group of women traveling alone, we felt super safe as the community is gated and has security always at the front. Would love to visit again soon! I totally recommend this place!
