This place was in a great location with a lot of shade and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house had a chilled water dispenser. Usually, its just a big jug at room temperature. Also, beds were very comfortable, which is a must after long days. The air conditioning units cool down the rooms quickly. The main area had a nice rack system for surfboards. The best part was how clean and organized everything was. Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Jack. The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The beds and linen were high quality, making for a great night's sleep. The location was excellent being across from La Joya restaurant and bikes were available free of charge which made getting to the beach easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway and enjoyed it so much that we booked to come back again in a couple of weeks. Thanks for having us Yicel and Ryan!

We are very satisfied with our stay. My husband and I went to Nicaragua to accompany our minor teenager and his friend for a surfing trip. We didn't go surfing, but we enjoyed the exceptional location, which is very secure and has very easy access to restaurants, beaches and all amenities, gym, spa, shops... We are very happy with the rental, which was really spacious and well maintained. This one was really very clean upon arrival. We also took advantage of the bikes made available to get around. We really enjoyed the restaurants located on the Hacienda Iguana site; it was nice to go there on foot or by bike. All the recommendations made by Rayan and Yicel were very appreciated, especially for the YASMIL taxi company, which we really recommend.

We had amazing days in Colorado. The space has everything you need to feel good. Super peaceful, to the sound of birds. We definitely recommend and will come back.

We loved staying in this house. There was air conditioning in the BDs and living room, a great barbecue grill, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher… all the amenities for a first-class stay! Thank you very much. We will be back and will recommend it!

This was my second time staying here and won’t be my last. Truly one of the best spots In Hacienda Iguana. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great surf trip and we are excited to stay here again. Ps: the sweetest cat named Luna hangs out outside.
