A fantastic, well equipped condo in a great location. Beautiful, safe complex. Our favourite spots were the large comfortable balcony and the lovely pool area. It's a short walk to a gorgeous and very quiet beach. Just a 15 minute walk into central Tamarindo, with over 100 restaurants. Jon and the property manager's rep, Kattia, were fabulous at communicating with us. An easy 10/10 score!

This is a nice, simple condo (with the plus of having several beds for kids). It's in a great area, very close to the beach and away from the business of town.

We are a family of four with two daughters ages 8 and 11 and we stayed for 31 days. I could personally live here indefinitely. Playa Langosta is fantastic. It is quiet with lots of monkeys iguanas lizards raccoons and beautiful birds. The beach across the street is fantastic. We did not rent a car and took Ubers for about 4 USD into Tamarindo. Water pressure is an issue but Jon tried to fix it by replacing the shower heads, though there is still very little water pressure for showers. Beds are comfortable and the sheets and blankets are nice. The kitchen is great and there is a grill at the pool. You can see iguanas out of the bedroom windows in the morning. The pool is amazing and cleaned all the time. Security is excellent and we felt extremely safe. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back next summer.

Beautiful location in Langosta, beautiful pool and BBQ for residents, easy access to a relaxing beach in Langosta and a more lively beach in Tamarindo , lots of accessible restaurants and grocery stores, on the other hand the prices are expensive . Several activities on offer, with negotiable prices, waves and magnificent beaches, the sunsets are memorable

We had a wonderful week in Playa Langosta. This is in the perfect location for those that want access to all of the Tamarindo activities but want a nice quiet place to return to at the end of the day. We loved the Playa Langosta beach. It is just across the street and so beautiful. The unit was spotless. The kitchen was well setup and the beds were comfortable. We loved the pool and eating dinner on the porch. The host was really communicative and the property management fixed an issue we had immediately. We loved this place and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

My family enjoyed a month stay at Casa Pina. Condo matched photos. Convenient access to beach, groceries and restaurants. Highly recommend and would return.

This place is great. Tried to book it again but was already taken. The location was perfect for us. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but justit a 15 minute walk to the main strip. It was quiet and private. The pool and grounds were meticulously maintained. The unit had everything you need to be totally comfortable. The view from the balcony was not so great but it didnt matter. The balcony was large and comfortable . Beach was a 5 minute walk away.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Condo complex is really nice with excellent pool and BBQ area, and it's cleaned everyday. Condo unit was really nice as well with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, fully stocked with everything you need. Dealt mainly with the property manager who was really nice and responds right away. And the property management company manages the entire complex, so there is always someone there if something needs to be fixed in the unit. Great location in Langosta, across the street from the beach and walking distance to Tamarindo. Would definitely stay here again.

Jon and the property management team were very accomodating to any requests. The apartment was very cute and what we needed for our one month stay. Close to Tamarindo but quiet enough as its off the busy strip. Pool is really nice and convenient. Great stay with the family and full equipped apartment. Thanks!

This place is amazing. Great location that you can go to playa langosta beaches or tamarindo beaches every day. I recommend renting bicycles from Marcella right next door. Spacious wonderfully equipped apartment. 10/10.
