Excellent location near the beach. For 7 people, it was very comfortable. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Safe area, and getting there was very easy.

Lovely home, very clean and nice details during our stay. The communication was excellent. We loved that the host have some items that can used for the beach, and the beach is a walking distance. The place matched the photos. Is nice to enjoy the hottub with the nature view, just be aware of not swimming in the river.

Our family had a great time here. it was within walking distance of the beaches, fruit stands, and coffee shops. Great central location to observe wildlife and soak in the sun.

Incredible stay! The patio alone is worth it. The first morning we were there we woke up and saw 3 monkeys going across the trees! It’s right down the road from a quiet, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area to choose from. We also loved the spacious bedrooms. Highly recommend!

Nice location a few blocks from the beach but you might want a golf cart or car to get around the area! Howler monkeys outside the home were a fun surprise! Kids loved watching them!

The house is very nice, and very functional. We were very comfortable. The patio is very nice and we were able to enjoy it. The only problem is that it was not as clean as I expected, the sheets were dirty, and in general it needed more cleaning. The rest was perfect.

Beautiful house by the river. Every day we were greeted by monkeys, hummingbirds and lizards. The Jacuzzi was extra. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation fully met our expectations. The location on the river is very idyllic. There was enough space for 7 people. A little negative is the 4th sleeping option on the sofa bed.

We had a lovely one week stay at this condo in Potrero. Easy couple few blocks walk to beach, some beach items available in shed. Easy 15 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Short drive to Flamingo, Brasileiro, etc. the house itself is very comfortable, and you will see wildlife! we loved watching the monkeys and iguana.

Had a magnificent time at Jennifer’s place in Potrero! The home is modern and beautiful. The patio is remarkable and you will want to eat all your meals outside. The views couldn’t be better — the entire back facade of the home is glass making the home bright and cheerful. Plenty of space for the 3 couples in our group. What a great find, highly recommended, will be back!!!

Overall, we had a nice stay. It is a quick walk to a beautiful sandy beach, stores, and restaurants, and Potrero is less touristy than Flamingo. We liked the spacious rooms, shaded patio, strong A/C in each room, kitchen was minimal but functional, and the private parking spot. The hosts contacted us via WatsApp, and the concierge was great, thanks Álvaro! He helped us procure groceries and set up an in-home massage on the patio. A few notes: we struggled finding the location, and wrong code was given initially, so verify location with host after booking. There are no big lights on patio, bring a lantern. Bring your own conditioner, only shampoo and body wash is provided. For the kitchen, olive oil, salt and pepper is provided but no spices. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and plan to sleep in the room with sofa bed, as it does not close fully. The dogs next door can be loud, as well as wildlife. If you are sensitive to mold, it was a little musty but not bad.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The setting was beautiful and felt private and clean. The hosts helped us find the perfect boat cruise with snorkeling, and we walked to a fabulous Indian Restaurant for dinner. This was a fun stop on our trip.
