The place is perfect, quite close to downtown, many restaurants nearby but quiet at the same time, no problems sleeping and a perfectly conditioned building.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Arturo is an excellent host and was quick to respond to all my needs. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were nice, and I particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local restaurants in Escalante. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful apartment, a tower with super easy access and flexible hours

What a beautiful apartment, I felt right at home when I arrived. Arturo was very responsive and supportive, I can highly recommend this place. It was perfect for what I needed, and everything was in walking distance. Many, many delicious coffee places and restaurants, and bars. The apartment itself is super nice, very modern, the view from the top of the roof is spectacular, and you can even book a session in the jacuzzi which is also on top of the roof. I would definitely come back.

Very clean and modern place in a brand new building. Awesome rooftop views with a gym attached. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and close to supermarkets. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in a nice, safe area in San Jose.

Arturo’s apartment is pristine! Well organized and extremely tidy. His response was swift and had all the necessary instructions to get you checked in without much hassle. The restaurant recommendation was just on point and the place is just about 25mins to the airport( less traffic). I enjoyed my stay there and have no reservations for anyone looking to enjoy a good and quiet place.

I was very impressed how clean this place was! I decided to stay an extra day and Arturo was very responsive to get me taken care of. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The place was sparkling clean and well equipped. The host was very friendly and attentive.

The apartment is very well located, close to the Escalante neighborhood. The location is quiet and perfect to rest a couple of days. A toaster in the kitchen could be missed if you plan to have breakfast. Arturo gave us some indications about places to go; he was friendly also very kind of letting us check-in earlier.

This apartment is great! It's my favorite area of San Jose. The building is great, it is in a very quiet part of the Escalante neighborhood and a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and downtown Escalante. The apartment is SUPER EQUIPPED, has everything you might need, full equipped kitchen, iron, hair dryer. Everything was spotless. The building has a washer and dryer, gym, and a wonderful rooftop. Arturo is a lovely person, always attentive to anything. 100% recommended!

We had an incredibly great stay! The apartment is super clean and beautiful. There is everything you need and Arturo responds very quickly to messages. The hot tub works with a reservation system and is just great with an insanely beautiful view! I highly recommend booking this place!
