The apartment is superbly located, it is nice and large, although we found many issues with the cleanliness (dirty stove, the top of the refrigerator was covered in dust, there were even parts of a board game, the bathrooms had signs of lack of cleanliness on the faucets and there was hair on the floor). The common areas are superbly located. The pools and the beach really saved everything. Additionally, we had a problem with the electricity. The day we arrived, there was no electricity and at the front desk, they informed us of a lack of payment. We had to make a payment at night, which the host later refunded to us, but it was an issue since he didn't answer us until the early morning and the girl in charge never took our call until the next day, when the issue was resolved. We also didn't have access to Wi-Fi, so while we were in the house, we had to use our data and connect to other networks to have a good time.

Adolfo always responded on time and was very friendly and attentive to the things we asked for. He was flexible with the check-in and check-out times. check-in and check-out times! We'll definitely be back.

We loved it. The beach club is divine, surrounded by nature, and that makes it super special. The staff is very friendly. It's very family-friendly and we loved that as a family. Plus, it has a dishwasher. We would definitely go back 🥰

Very quiet area and apartment. Alfonso was very friendly at all times and responded quickly. Close to the beach. Nice and well-kept apartment. The only negative point would be the cleaning girl. When we were leaving, she got upset with us for not hiring her service, since we took care of cleaning the apartment.

Second time staying at Adolfo's property, this time with my friends. As always, the apartment was in perfect condition, very spacious, and great for large groups. We really enjoyed being able to use the amenities of the residence and the beach. Adolfo was attentive to us and was very flexible in every way. Thank you so much for your attention!

The residential complex and the apartment are very nice. The only thing is that the bunk room needs maintenance, but overall everything is very comfortable.

Excellent place, nice, too bad it wasn't very clean. The towels and comforters were dirty. There were no paper towels or soap for the dishwasher, and the kitchen towels were dirty too. Improve the cleanliness and you'll have us back soon!

The apartment is very close to the beach club, so if you don't want to wait for the carts to take you, you can get there in 4 minutes. There are amenities such as a pool in the apartment towers, two parking lots in the complex, a beach club, and food in the pool and beach areas. There is no access for vendors, as there is on the beachfront. It is really worth it, and the apartment is large, comfortable, and well equipped. 100% recommended.
