We highly recommend Ronald’s place. The place was so spacious for the 5 of us. The king bed in the master room was beyond comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the pool and ocean. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning with a great ocean view. Ronald always quickly responded to any questions leading up to our stay. Thank you for a great vacation!

This is our second year in a row at this amazing home in Cabo. Could not be better. Mix of having all the comforts of home and the option for full resort experience. Ron’s place is amazing. Incredible stay in Cabo! This was our third trip to Cabo San Lucas, and Ronald’s place has been our favorite by far. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and even more impressive in person than the photos suggest. The property itself was immaculate, with excellent amenities and grounds that were consistently clean and well maintained. The staff were outstanding—from the front desk and concierge team to the bartenders and servers. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also appreciated how safe and secure everything felt, both on the property and while exploring Cabo. Our group purchased the all-inclusive wristbands for three days of our six night stay, which was perfect for us. While food and drinks on property are priced on the higher side, the quality was excellent, making the wristbands well worth the price. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ronald!

Thank you for opening your beautiful home to my family for the week. The view was truly remarkable! We loved the security and privacy the resort offered. From the suite to the pool, to all other amenities - everything was very clean! Staff was always kind and helpful.

Our week at this villa at La Estancia was perfection! My family of 4, which included two teenagers, was very comfortable in the spacious and peaceful accommodations of two oversized bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kids each had a comfortable queen size bed with adjoining bathroom while my husband and I had plenty of room in the primary king size bed with spacious master en suite. The villa itself was clean, well-stocked and everything was in working order but the balcony is what we enjoyed the most! It was oversized compared to a typical hotel/resort patio and we spent many morning coffees there, watching ships and planning our day. I appreciated that this villa was not directly over the pool, adding to its peacefulness. Thank you for sharing your villa!

This condo was more beautiful in person! Very clean, helpful staff on site, great pools, hot tubs, restaurants, scenery, beach location. Secure and safe! Can walk along the beach to nearby restaurants. The entire complex was so very clean. From check in to check out, the staff made everything so easy to navigate with 5 star service. The rooms were large, amazing balcony views. Good tips and information from host. Our entire party loved the condo. We had additional group of friends that rented other condos in the complex and were equally satisfied. For location and amenities, this place has everything you need! Definitely recommend.

This property is lovely. The pools are warm, the beach is gorgeous and easily accessible. The condo is an easy walk to the marina or downtown, but transportation can be arranged without an issue as well. Like many have described, the unit itself is wonderful for families (esp those with older kids looking for a little bit of separation). The balcony is enormous with stunning views. I am new to Airbnb for Mexico and North America. Was very happy with our experience and stay at Stephen’s at Villa La Escancia . Location Amazing . The location was foot friendly by beach to beach front restaurants . We tried Tabasco , had massage at sand bar and I think Medina massage connected to Tabasco . We walked to restaurants 20-30 minutes from villa to bar Esquina, La Lupita and mother flower restaurant . The beach front was amazing with swimmable medano beach . Facilities and amenities The unit itself is amazing so spacious , like a home away from home. 1 king bed double sink , another full Bath off kitchen , 2 queen 2nd bed. Wrap around balcony with view . Big screen tv in both bedrooms and living room which was nice for wind down and for us Olympics was happening during stay .wifi great . Pool was great . Swim up bar and snack was lovely! Gym we used daily was great . Communication and tips for stay was great!!! Comm

We had a great stay! We had our 14 and 8 year old boys and the second bedroom separated from the main living area/master was just perfect for us! We and our kids had the best time.. great food and drinks all around. Perfect weather. We definitely want to come back. Bring a small cooler bag if you want to buy your own alcohol or beer to take down to the pool/beach.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to be back! As many other reviewers have also said, the set up is perfect for families with older kids. There are two separate wings of a very spacious and well equipped villa. The value and the location exceeded our expectations. Ronald, the host, was friendly and responsive. Thanks for making our stay great!

We had an incredible 4 nights here. The balcony has an incredible view of the ocean which we enjoyed every morning and evening. The condo is huge, and perfect for families. The resort is right on Medano beach, and my boys enjoyed swimming in the ocean every morning (and my husband and I enjoyed going for a sunrise runs!). The resort is a quick Uber ride, or a 15-20 minute walk to many restaurants and the Marina. We could not have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to come back!

Top notch from start to end. Host was very helpful with suggestions. The property is beautiful and staff friendly. Great location, it’s peaceful but close to restaurants as well.

What a wonderful property this is. Ronald is a lovely host who helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations to a car service from the airport. The property is located in a modern complex fronting a swimmable beach, complete with beautiful pools that both children and adults enjoyed immensely. If there was any mystery about whether our younger children liked the place, it was dispelled on the last day, when it was all we could do to persuade them to leave for the airport. In short, our week at Ronald's property was a memorable experience. We'd happily return again and again.

This place was great. The pictures dont really do it justice. Perfect location close to the marina and restaurants but not to close where its crazy or to busy. The grounds were perfectly maintained, the staff were great and great amenities. It was a private residence with a resort feel. It worked great for us with the unit being separated into really two different units because they are teenagers, but this particular unit wouldn’t be ideal if you have small kids as its not a typical 2 bedroom. Its really 1 bedroom, living and kitchen and then a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath across a gated foyer. Its super secure and all tied in by a huge balcony but not a traditional 2 bed. The balcony was awesome and we used it daily and it tied the 2 rooms together so that was perfect. Great view of the ocean, unit was clean and having housekeeping services halfway through our stay was great. For families with teens, or 2 families traveling together this unit is magical and we will be back
