I had the privilege of staying at Augusto’s condo this past weekend ! The Condo was perfect ! It’s in the middle of all the bars & Clubs. We were less than a 6 min walk to La Vaquita. I would highly recommend and will definitely be rebooking when I’m back in town !

Excellent location; you can get to the tourist area very quickly. The Jacuzzi is excellent for relaxing at the end of the day. Very good service, highly recommended.

Four of us adults were very comfortable in the apartment. The location was exactly what we were looking for, reasonably close to everything and with a nice view.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Augusto's condo right on the Marina! The condo is spacious and could easily accommodate 2 couples. The outstanding ammenity is the large balcony that overlooks the marina. The interior is nicely decorated with comfortable surroundings, good couch and 2 rocking recliners. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics. There is a filter for drinkable water. We were provided with a few bottles of water and beer in the fridge which was a nice touch. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, but if you don't enjoy a soft mattress that may be an issue. The bathrooms were a nice size and the showers had a rain shower head. The check in was a bit of an issue just being able to find the right place to go. Be aware that there are 2 buildings with "Tesoro" on it and the condo is in the building of "Hotel Tesoro" on Google Maps. You'll need to work to find the condo as it's a bit of a maze with minimal signage. Super helpful and very responsive host though!

You can't beat the location! Directly on the Marina where you can watch the boats come and go all day from the massive terrace. We probably spent more time on the terrace than we did out on the town, lol. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the newly opened "The Place at Cabo". There were a few beers and waters stocked in the fridge when we got there which were very much appreciated after a long travel day! The unit is very clean, but there was a little bit of sewer smell in both bathrooms. Both beds are on the firm side so a little uncomfortable for me, but fine if you're used to a firm bed. A/C isn't the greatest since it's evaporative not refrigerant based cooling, but we stayed comfortable enough. The back bedroom was MUCH cooler than the front. Very fast wifi, except out on the terrace where it drops to a crawl. Usually not a big deal, but I was trying to work from the terrace and had to go inside. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again!

I stayed here with two other friends of mine The fact we had our own rooms and nice bathrooms was amazing. The location was great but loud which wasn’t amazing it almost felt like shutting the window didn’t help at all with the noise. The roof section with the pool and hangout area was great for hanging out and we cooked the fish we caught on the barbecue they have up there which was fun. The pool is freezing cold and the hot tub didn’t work for like two days of our 7 day trip. All in all though I thought it was great I would definitely go again.

We only stayed two nights but it's definitely a WOW…!! The view of the marina is beautiful and the place is perfect. The terrace is very large and well laid out.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. It's all about location. You can walk anywhere to eat, shop and get exercise! The marina has had many great updates! I would definitely recommend!!

The accommodation is very good, good location, everything is clean and functional. But we could not enter the accommodation at the agreed time. We had to wait more than 1 hour even though we had children, and the host did not notify us of this delay, and when asked he only said you can leave your luggage and then it will be ready, which can be understood if he had notified in time. He also requests that the room be left at 10 am or BEFORE, which seems inappropriate to me, but they are his policies despite his delay. The instructions are all in English, nothing in Spanish

The condo was in a great location near marina and tons of restaurants! It was spacious and very comfortable for our family of five! Augusto was very responsive and made our stay amazing! We look forward to coming back!
