As solid as it gets. Quiet area. I parked outside with no worries. There is a very friendly security guard at night. And the pool is legit. The unit was great. Cold AC and hot water. Clean. Good sized.

Amelia and her staff did a wonderful job sharing information, keeping communication active and making sure everything was set up before, during and after the stay

My husband loved the air conditioners throughout the apartment, one in the bedroom, one in the living room, and a small one in the kitchen. The apartments are very well-equipped with everything you need, and everything is very clean. We would definitely return.

Loved my stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth, check in was easy, and everything I needed was available. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to other guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Amelia's. There was a small supermarket nearby, and a large one 10 minutes walk away. The centre of town ( Plaza Major) was also 10 minutes walking in the other direction. Amelia arranged our taxis on arrival and departure and she was always easy to reach. She also provides beach towels, perfect for visiting Lake Apoyo and for swimming in the pool in the complex. The unit could use a little TLC but that didn't detract from our visit. The AC and wifi worked well.

The cottage is great! Even more beautiful than in the photos. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of everything you want to do in Granada. The pool is also wonderful to cool off and relax. Amelia is friendly and responds quickly. Eva welcomed us on arrival and was also very friendly. Highly recommended!!

The condominium is very comfortable and super clean with good security, close to many places to enjoy, Doña Eva is the one who received us and treated us very well, she was very kind. I'd go back to the condo without thinking.

It was a really nice place. Perfect to celebrate my kid fifth birthday. It’s only 10 minutes away from the beach. We felt at home.

Its been a great few days in Grenada. Amelia's place is close to the centre but quiet, and absolutely great value for money. 10/10
