The accommodation is spacious and quite good for large group trips. The only thing that could be improved is that to get in and out, the issue of keys and locks is complicated, because you have to maneuver with that. We couldn't use the pedestrian door and we had to go out through the garages. The cleanliness of the refrigerator could be improved, as there were food scraps. We don't know if they were from previous guests or from the housekeeper, but they have an extra refrigerator, so they could separate the use for staff and guests. The jacuzzi was not in service, which was not mentioned to us, but it is in the listing. These are areas for improvement, but the stay left us with a good feeling and it's worth the price.

The house matched the description perfectly. Everything was very nice. The location was very good, as you could walk to the beach, and there is an Oxxo nearby. We had everything within easy reach. Ms. Flor was very kind and was always available to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Although we only stayed for one day, it has everything you need to spend more time there. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the pool is clean. There's air conditioning and a nice view. Great place to stay in Acapulco, very good value for the price! The best service from Flor, who is in charge of in-house service and is always friendly. The house is a gem for family time, with plenty of greenery that makes the place cool, and a view of the bay from the first floor that not every place has! Close to restaurants, 2 OXXO stores, bars, shops, beaches, etc. Only if you plan to go with elderly people or people in wheelchairs should you consider that the streets are very steep when walking towards the coast, but from there, it's a 5-minute walk.

The area is very viable, since it allows easy access to different beaches and important points of Acapulco, which is a great advantage for those who want to tour the city. It is definitely a place I highly recommend, especially for large families, as it offers space, tranquility and everything you need to have a pleasant vacation. Excellent place to stay The house is in a very good location, close to the beaches, which makes the stay much easier. It is an excellent option to live with family, especially if you travel with children, since the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable.
