A super quiet place, the apartment is super spacious, the kitchen has everything you need as if you were at home, the AC works perfectly. The security of the place and the cleanliness of the complex is incredible.

Amazing condo, had everything we needed, great communication with hosts, they even left a crib ready for our toddler. Hope to be back one day, thank you for everything!

This is the second time we have stayed at Anastasiya's place. It is clean and spacious, and we love the location.

Anastasiya & Rick's condo is wonderful! My family and I (wife, son and I) travel a lot and have stayed in many, many AirBnB rentals. This condo ranks as one of the best we have stayed in. The condo is spacious, welcoming and gives you a "you are home" feeling. The beds are comfortable, they have a nice TV and two couches for evening time and the kitchen is spacious enough to cook some good meals in. Anastasiya & Rick even had a brand new coffee maker for us to use. The balcony is perfect for watching the golfers while you slowly doze off for an afternoon nap (or to BBQ). The community is quiet and private and so are the neighbors. There are pools close by (two are within walking distance) and the others, as well as the ocean, are a quick drive. We were able to use the Mule while we were in the community, which my 16 year old loved driving. Given we travel to Panama a lot, we will be staying with Anastasiya & Rick again. A++ all the way around.

Excellent location, excellent facilities and fantastic communication. Second time is a charm and hope to make it three! Don't hesitate just book it!

I would recommend the condo any time! we were truly sad to have to leave to come back home ! It makes you want to move to Panama! If and when we’ll come back to Panama, that will be the place to stay for us 💯!

We had a very good stay, the apartment is very comfortable, a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Rick is a very attentive host who is available for any situation.

Anastasiya has an excellent apartment, very well furnished and in a great location. Our contact was Rick, who always helped us. We hope to be back someday. Just a heads up, it has nothing to do with the apartment, we didn't bring beach towels since they were always provided by the club. However, this time we were surprised by the imposition of a limit that applies only to visitors, so if there are more than 4 people in your group, like ours, bring beach towels

The apartment is very nice and very spacious. Modern, well organized. Looks like everything is new. There is everything and everything is very comfortable. The owners are very helpful and kind. We'll be back again. We highly recommend this apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rick and Anastasiya's apartment. It was large, extremely comfortable, and peaceful. Their communication was A+++ and we're quick to respond to any questions we had. We plan on coming back again.

The home is lovely and spacious, including the balcony which overlooks the golf course. Our family of five adults had lots of room for eating, sleeping, showering, and preparing meals. The location is perfect for walking over to the deli & market.

We had an excellent stay. Anastasiya and Rick were extremely responsive. The Airbnb had everything we needed and more. Very spacious bedrooms and living room. The whole condo was clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed all the Buenavista community had to offer - beach, tennis courts, so many terrific pools and restaurants. The community is exceptionally well maintained. We hope to return!

Our stay with Rick and Anastasia was fabulous. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. The Buenaventura Resort is gorgeous and has fabulous restaurants we enjoyed them all. The pools and the beaches were awesome as well. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Also Rick and Anastasia were excellent with communication and responded within minutes to any questions we had. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

We had a great time ! The apartment is great. Big, clean and the location in the resort is perfect. We were able to use the small car, which made the stay even more comfortable. We will come back :)

This is a beautiful place -it looks and feels very high end and everything was tailored to us having a great stay. Our host was very friendly and helped us get it to the property and pointed out restaurants and things to do on the resort. If you are planning a stay in this area - this would be a top choice.

great place, great location as it was walking distance to pretty much anything wanted do. the deli had enough selection to cook meals and the unit was equipped with everything you needed. it's a lot larger then it appears in the photos. would definitely stay again. host was very responsive to all questions.

This area of Panama is stunning! There’s so much to do, the beach clubs are beautiful and well cared for and essentially empty. This condo exceeded our expectations. It’s huge and well cared for. Very safe and the other condo units around us in the building were empty when we were there. It felt like we were on a private holiday.

The location is beautiful and there is a lot to explore. There is a supermarket nearby, many pools, and beaches. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This place is beautiful- high ceilings, spacious rooms, so. many. bathrooms, so very clean- a breath of fresh air to walk in and play on the ground with the kids in a clutter free and beautifully appointed space. I don't think I've stayed with more responsive hosts. We stayed for two+ weeks and from the outset both Anastasiya and her spouse Rick were helpful helpful helpful. I appreciated their generosity in answering questions, offering resources for us re: child care, checking in. The only glitch was the internet- certainly out of the proprietors control- but about which remote workers should be aware. It went out a few times during the week in the area which dramatically complicated working and our ability to plan our trip (Rick was ON IT tho- messaging the company and keeping us appraised). We also had to move rooms when working as the internet was quite weak in the bedrooms until a cord in the modem was reconnected.

Really excellent place and above all the attention of Rick and Anastasiya, very friendly and always attentive that we had everything we needed. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and you will not need anything, the area has many activities to do. I definitely recommend it and I'm sure we'll be back.

We had an incredible few days of rest. The apartment is beautiful, so much space and comes with everything that is necessary. Communication with Rick as a host was always smooth, and with an immediate response. The apartment and Buenaventura we loved it as a vacation spot with family. Highly recommended.

We loved the resort and apartment! The three bedrooms all have large beds, large tvs, and private bathrooms. Communication was excellent and we had no problem getting access to the resort or unit. Rick helped us get a fast pass, so we only had to show a QR code to gain access to the large resort. We paid extra to use the mule vehicle, and that was helpful to access the three private beaches, pools, restaurants, shops, and groceries/delis. The restaurants and bars across the resort are great. Even after 4 nights, we hadn’t visited them all. We ate a Criollo, Mensa, and Tai Kai and they were all great. The forth night we used the gas grill located on the private balcony. The only thing we could have asked for was a coffee table in the main living room, since the massive TV encouraged us to watch Netflix and futbol on cable while relaxing.

Truly a wonderful experience and location. The accommodations were more than we expected and so was the services that was provided at the resort. This condo had everything a chef needed to use for all of our meals. Incredible beach, pool, tennis courts.

Buenaventura and specifically this condo was absolutely perfect for a getaway vacation. The property is vast with lots of spots to visit, so the buggy was a life saver. I hope to visit again someday.

Anastasiya’ s condo was wonderful. Quiet setting, very clean and great location. In particular, the use of the “mule”, a small utility vehicle, made our trips to the beach very convenient. When we had TV issues Rick responded quickly. Service at the resort restaurants and swimming pools was very good. I would rent from Anastasiya and Rick again.

This place is the best place to stay in Buenaventura, pictures do not do justice of the fantastic decor and location. Rick is a fantastic host, fantastic communication and they are always making sure that everything is taken care of. Amazing place!!!!

Wonderful place, perfect for a relaxed weekend on the beach, the pool of the social area of the buildings is super cozy, the beach club is very pleasant with attention, swimming pools and a wide beach with awnings to relax. We had a wonderful time in the apartment, very comfortable to go as a family or as a group, the place is very clean with all the amenities, they always helped me when I needed to communicate, I would definitely come back and recommend it.

This place was such a nice spot for our girls trip! We could also see bringing our families to their house as it is very kid friendly as well. There is a ton of space in the living area and each room has its own private bathroom which is a plus. The resort of great and has everything you could need, to include a testing site for your covid test to return to your country (if you are traveling abroad). Rich an Anastasia are extremely responsive and we’re great hosts!

Excellent apartment to spend quiet days on the beach. The entire Buenaventura complex is well maintained, as is Anastasiya's apartment,l. Communication with Rick was very good and he was always attentive to any questions. Definitely highly recommend.

We had an incredibly beautiful and relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would 100% recommend it to others! The condo was very roomy and impeccably clean. There was a beautiful view of the golf course and two separate pool areas leas than a 5 minute walk away to either one. The pool areas were clean and well-kept as well. All staff we met were polite. We had a wonderful time and were able to unwind in a beautiful location. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

The house is very well equipped with everything you need to spend a few days out of town, very comfortable house , Anastasiya and Rick were always attentive and attentive to anything.

The property is just like the photos. Cleanliness in the bedrooms, bathrooms and in general impeccable, we have rarely received in this state the places we have washed. The services of wofi, excellent Chablé TV, new bbq, clean and working perfect. It's a good location. Price ratio Vs proper quality. We will definitely be back

Anastasiyas place is very stylish and clean. It’s located walking distance from El Faro beach club. It is very spacious and suitable for a bigger family. Anastasiya is a great host, replies very quickly and tries to accommodate her guests in every way.
