There's a lot to improve. The pool was dirty, and it's the main attraction in the area. There was no one to greet me at the entrance, and they were slow to respond. They took care of me and resolved the issues, and I appreciate that, but the treatment and service need to improve.

No backup generator, so was hard to get back into parking area when power went out. Luis was responsive to messaging and did do what was possible to help. Strangely the map dirrections on airbnb app dirrected me erroneously. Gladly Luis' message included a google maps pin which brought me to the right place. Other than that was a good stay.

The truth was a bad experience. The apartment as such is not bad. But the service and access leaves much to be desired. I spent about an hour trying to get in touch with them to get the correct address, since the location is somewhere else. During that waiting period in the car, it got dark and started to rain and it was torture to get there. The next day, I had no way to bathe since there were no towels available in the room and I had to look in other apartments and I managed to find some, thank God, in another room that was open. I called and wrote to the manager in the morning and he never answered, and he left the messages as seen. 👎

The place is amazing, super clean and nice, cozy, 100% recommended the boy who cleans is a great person, very attentive and friendly, a plus for the 🤝

It is a beautiful place, very spacious, the pool is large, I loved the cleanliness of the place the rooms smell super rich and the bathrooms impeccable, we will definitely return with more time.
