The stay was excellent, highly recommended. All the rooms have A/C, the kitchen is very complete, the place is very private and easy to find, a very quiet area for walking. It has many rooms and enough beds for the whole family. We loved being surrounded by a lot of nature. The areas are very clean and well maintained. The beach is not very far away. It is closer than I imagined and is very private. The restaurant does not have a lot of variety of food, so it is best to bring food. However, oysters, cocktails and fish are available in the restaurant.

Marta is a very friendly person who is attentive to anything you might need. She is an excellent host. The place is beautiful and in a very good location.

We've stayed at this beach house before, and each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. What truly sets this rental apart is the owner. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every stay is perfect. Marta communicates quickly with genuine kindness. She makes you feel like more than just a guest. It's clear that she truly cares about creating a wonderful experience and wants everyone to feel right at home. The location is fantastic, and the house is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. We always leave with great memories and can't wait to return. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with outstanding hospitality and feel completely at home, this is it. We highly recommend it!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We were in awe at the beauty of the house and the pool. The kids played in the pool for hours every day and there was lots of lounging space for the four adults. The house is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful black-sand beach. We always felt very safe. We also want to thank Elsy, our cook for the week, who made us three meals a day for our entire stay. One less thing to think about and made our stay super memorable. Would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful place, recommended for large family groups! Marta is very helpful and friendly, she saved us after having a problem prior to booking with her. The house has all the amenities, very nice; but what gives it the extra value is the beach, an incredible place, super private that allowed us to have new experiences, we saw little fish, sea urchins, hermit crabs by the bunch! An exceptional view and landscape!! We didn't want to leave, we were delighted.

Marta's beach house is perfect, cozy, clean, quiet. I felt right at home, my children enjoyed it very much. The beach is super close, access is easy, the beach is private. Everything is truly spectacular. 100% recommended

Lovely place for a big family. It has plenty of communal spaces to gather with your friends and family and separate rooms so everyone has their own space as well. This was the first time I didn't stay at a front beach house but the surroundings of the house made it worth the short walk to the beach.

Marta’s villa is lovely. It’s nestled in a secure neighborhood with a short 5-10 min walk to a private black sand beach. It was very easy to find off the main road, and we felt safe the entire time. Having the pool was a lot of fun and we had everything we needed to enjoy a couple nights with family. Marta was also very easy to communicate with and sent the staff over immediately when we ran out of propane. Overall a beautiful property and just what we needed!

I stayed at this lovely Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The host was exceptionally attentive and communicative throughout my stay, making check-in and any questions seamless. The house itself was well maintained, which made for a very comfortable visit. One small caveat: the location is a bit distant from the main tourist hubs, with most attractions about 40 minutes away. If you’re looking for non-stop hustle and bustle, this might not be ideal. However, for those seeking a quiet getaway, the home is the perfect escape from crowded areas. The private beach is a standout clean, tranquil, and a great spot to unwind. Security felt solid, and being in a private community added an extra layer of peace of mind. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a clean, relaxing retreat with attentive hosts and private beach access. I’d gladly return for another stay.

This was our first time ever staying at an Airbnb. It did not disappoint. Marta was extremely communicative to all our needs. Went well above and beyond what any luxury hotel would. She made sure we had everything we needed and went out of her way to make sure our stay was an amazing experience. The home is beautifully landscaped and has so much old world charm. The walk to the beach is 2 min away and the views and property are breathtaking. Elsi, the cook, was awesome and prepped all our meals with all the fresh organic food delivered from the market. Overall, we’d recommend the space to anyone looking for an escape from the daily grind. An extremely quiet and scenic setting made the trip the most relaxing in years. The beach area is straight out of a movie without the crowds.

Marta is a lovely, attentive, and friendly host who made my family feel completely at home. Her property is absolutely gorgeous—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning tropical landscapes. One of the true highlights was the short walk through the enchanted pathways that lead directly to the beach. It was magical and made it so hard to leave! The photos simply don’t do justice to the beauty and atmosphere this home offers. As a travel agent myself, I’ve seen many places—but Marta’s home stands out. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10!

We had an amazing stay at Marta’s beach house in Teotepeque. The location is perfect. The short two-minute walk to the beach is almost as beautiful as the beach itself, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The beach is stunning, quiet, and feels incredibly private. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and recharge as a family. The house is beautiful and well-maintained, with a great pool we used every day. One small suggestion would be to have the waterfall or water feature on a timer or let guests control it, since it also helps with water circulation. Not a big issue, just a small tweak that could enhance the experience for future guests. Elsi was incredible. Her cooking, attention to detail, and warmth truly made our stay better. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape surrounded by nature, with a beautiful private beach and a comfortable house, this is the place.
