The home is beautiful! The best part if you want to have a Chef Karla it’s a plus to the Property for a fee . Our family has mixed of Guatemala, Salvador , Peru and Nicaragua. She cooked amazing. Thank You !

The host started by giving us a well articulated tour of the house and recommended great spots to eat and hang out. The host answered all the questions we had and was very helpful throughout our stay. The house had beautiful sunset views and was kept very clean by the cleaning staff. The pool and common areas were cleaned every morning, which made the experience even better. The place also felt very homey and safe, making our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Everything is perfectly organized, and the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, high-quality stay. The spaces are spacious, luxurious, and designed to be enjoyed with family and friends. Halying was extremely friendly, approachable, and helpful at all times, standing out for her quality and human warmth. Definitely one of the best options in San Juan del Sur. Totally recommended 💯 🥰

Great location, comfortable ans stylish house. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you might need is there. The house staff is extremely kind. We had a great time.

Our stay at Casa Bugnavilia was amazing! The home was pristine and as described. It was spacious and we felt at home. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a game changer, as we traveled with our two teenage daughters and my mother. The pool was beautiful and the location was perfect. We were close enough to enjoy the beaches of San Juan del Sur, but far enough to have a peaceful home to rest. The views were breathtaking. Dionora our housekeeper and Dayton our groundskeeper were amazing and friendly. Halying was personable and attentive and met us when we arrived. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the home and amenities. The only thing I would mention is that you should be mindful of the electricity consumption, as it can be expensive if you are not mindful. For the most part we ran the A/C at night and the hottest times of the day when we were home. We will definitely be back and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful home in the San Juan del Sur area

Our stay was so wonderful and our family made beautiful memories. This house was perfect for us. Also Halying was amazing with recommendations and was so prompt with communication. He also went above and beyond when our airline lost our luggage and he helped us get it back asap. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Excellent stay! The location was a quick 5 minute scooter ride into town. The house was immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds. Refreshing pool. Lovely furniture. Easy communication with the host. Hayling let us check in early and leave our luggage for a few hours the day we checked out which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

One of the nicest places we have ever rented. Came with a cleaner and a yard guy. The cook Halying recommended was also very good

Wow, what a great place. The house and location are even more beautiful in person. Quiet location yet less than 10 min from the main strip of SJDS. The host met us there and graciously showed us the home. Came by to thank us for staying there on checkout day as well. Unmatched service and attention to detail from all of the staff. The housekeeper, Denora, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable without compromising privacy. Same with the Grounds keeper/security, Dayton. Host recommended a very nice lady, Carla, to come and cook meals. We had her cook 3 meals and each was delicious. Very reasonably priced as well. Kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Definitely hope to return in the future.

This place was amazing!! Such a great host that came over while check in to explain everything in the house that was needed to know and was super kind. Speaks Spanish and English also their housekeepers were super kind as well making sure everything was okay. Would stay here again and again if I were to come back to this area. Very close to the beach and other beaches around the area!

This is our first time to Nicaragua, so we weren’t sure what to expect. But when I say this place is beautiful, it is truly one of the most lovely places I’ve ever been. Inside is clean and well furnished, with views that will take your breath away. It’s not right on the water, but the pool really helps with that. We’d drink our coffee on the balcony looking out over the ocean every morning. It was so peaceful and the staff helpful! Highly recommend!

Awesome bird life along the jungle edge. Beautiful house and peaceful location with a great view. Really enjoyed the peaceful morning and evening walks along the quiet area roads, followed of course by swimming in the pool. Hired a great host recommended local cook Carla for two meals a day and ate like royalty. Will come back for sure.
