Gorgeous property-loved the jacuzzi and the pool! Cute cat & dog which added to the ambience of the beautiful garden courtyard. They give the option to have lunch delivered daily for a fee which is a nice touch. Gorgeous room- big beautiful comfortable beds-nicely decorated. They will arrange transportation for tours for you and rides to and from the airport if needed. We had a small hiccup with one of the hired tour drivers, but overall everything was great. Easy walk to downtown Antigua where you can get street food, nice restaurant food, or just hang out and talk to people. Nice market to get genuine Guatemalan souveneirs. Try going to the Chocolate Museum and definitely check out the Macadamian farm, hike a volcano as well! Staying here make it convenient to see the sights we wanted in Guatemala.

In all the years that I have been coming to Antigua, this is by far the cleanest, friendliest, and best managed property I have had the pleasure of staying at. A beautiful and peaceful property with an outstanding owner and staff!

Tom and Marjory were around alot and helpful for any kind of questions. We appreciated that he let us drop our bags early in the day while the room was still being cleaned. The apartment is about 15 minute walk from the town center and 5 from the main market. We opted to walk instead of tuk tuks and felt very safe, even around 10 PM. The courtyard for the apartments was tranquil and lovely. we enjoyed the hammocks and the hot tubs. Only small surprise was that the front door and the 2nd floor door to the shared 2nd floor patio were large glass sliding doors. So to get privacy , you have to completely shut the curtains. We had such an amazing stay! Tom was extremely friendly and the place was even more beautiful in person. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Antigua 🌋

This place is like a paradise in a middle of a very energetic city. The place is peaceful, beautiful, well thought and close enough to historical center to walk.

2 days before our arrival Tom’s staff reached out to get an idea of time we would arrive. Our apartment was ready early and we were able to check in and drop off our luggage so we could explore. Staff very friendly. Place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Definitely will be back.

Loved this space! Very friendly, responsive staff. Felt like a little community within. Very safe. Mainly took Ubers, but if you don’t mind walking a bit it’s totally doable! Was plenty of space and sleeping area for bigger groups. Loved the pool/hot tub/ hammocks and swings throughout the villa! Check out was flexible. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful place with a great pool and hot tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tim is very friendly, proactive, and gave great advice for things to do locally. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. This was one of our favorite month stays. We worked remotely here and the wifi was fast and reliable. The place was clean and received multiple cleanings a week with new towels and linens. Grounds were beautifully kept. It was a great little walk to town and we never had to take tuktuks- it’s a very manageable walk. Tom, Margeory, and Walter were extremely kind and responsive to anything we might need. I can’t imagine you can find a better place to stay in Antigua, especially for long stays!

Great apartment, peaceful and quiet place.

We are frequent travelers and have been all over the Americas, and I have to say this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. It’s not just a hotel or inn; it’s like a small resort. Tom thinks of everything and is extremely attentive, as is his staff. The pool, hot tub, courtyard and terraces are lovely and the views are spectacular. This is one of the nicest places in Antiqua and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
