I had reserved the Airbnb last year in 2023. I usually book a year in advance. The disapointment i had was once you book it becomes unrefundable. i did not think i would be dealing with my father getting sick and passing so we had a family member that still went to the airbnb but if giving the opportunity under the circumstances would have cancelled. I will now only book with a refundable time frame

All good, just very difficult to get Uber or transportation, No Oxxo or stores nearby .

It is quite easy to get Uber or transportation to/from the condo- we have a property manager on call 24/7 who can assist with transportation or can help connect you with trust-worthy drivers. Oxxo (Convenience Store) is located less than 1/2 mile away and by car it only takes 5 minutes to get there. There is also a Costco less than 1/2 mile away and Walmart about 1 mile away.

Excellent place very clean and spacious with a wonderful view They have beach chairs and an umbrella and it was very helpful I would definitely stay again.

The hosts and the place were amazing. The view overlooking the balcony was incredible and my group and I all felt comfortable and at home during our stay. We appreciated how accesible the hosts were to answer our questions and even offer their assistance with making reservations for activities. Would definitely return to this place if we are ever back in Cabo.

The house is excellent, a beautiful view, the place is very quiet, everything is very clean and comfortable. The arrival is a little complicated and you will need a car to get around easily, but after a few days you get used to, a very good place to be with your family.

Very nice, large condo in a new development in Cabo. The condo itself is great, travertine floors, upgraded appliances, washer/dryer etc. It is far up the hill so a car is needed buts itās a quick drive to town or Cabo Bello/ Monuments Beach. View was great from large balcony w/ table, needs some lounge chairs though as there was no where to relax and look at the view/sunset. The clubhouse is amazing (located in adjacent condos) beautiful gym and pools. Only downside was the construction in front of condo, loud construction as they are still building roads, green space, houses and a pool out front.

This was a fabulous place to stay while in Los Cabos but having Pilar as a host made it all the better! Responses to my questions were quick and accurate. Suggestions for spots around town were very helpful. Pilarās condo was also very inviting! The place was squeaky clean and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was available! The view from the balcony and infinity pool was AMAZING! Even the groundsmen for the site were helpful when we had questions about travel or taxi services. Getting around with 10 people isnāt always easy with Uber. Overall we had a great time in Los Cabos and having a fantastic place and host made it all the better. Thanks again Pilar!
