THIS HOME IS VERY COZY, PRIVATE AND FAMILY-FRIENDLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IN ADDITION, THE HOSTS ARE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE. I FORGOT MY PASSPORT IN A ROOM AND ALEJANDRA COMMUNICATED WITH ME VERY KINDLY, AND I WAS ABLE TO GET IT BACK QUICKLY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very spacious, nice, private and clean. The only thing is that it could have a few more utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, everything is very good :)

Alejandra was a fantastic host! Responded with any questions or concerns quickly. The space is nice and open. The pool was the perfect temperature and there are plenty of beds and bathrooms.

Needs maintenance The facilities are nice, just as they are in the photo, but the place needs maintenance. The appliances and refrigerator, and the garden lights, don't work.

The place is pretty much as shown in the photos posted in the app. It has a strategic location close to everything. The rooms are quite spacious and nice, as are the bathrooms.

A beautiful place. Clean. With all the comforts to share as a family. We had a fantastic time, and we had everything we needed. Totally recommended for large groups. Alejandra was always very attentive to everything. 7 stars

The house is a great choice for large groups, but it needs maintenance work. The refrigerators don't cool very well, some of the bedroom doors were disassembled, so it was difficult to open and close them, and the key to one of the bathrooms was loose, among other things. Otherwise, it's a comfortable house in a good location, ideal for a family stay.

Beautiful place, comfortable and clean. I found it to be safe and true to the photos; however, the appliances and glass doors need maintenance, as they don't slide smoothly and have loose handles. One of the showers was clogged, and there was no communication with the host.

We stayed at River Villa Jacó with my family, and the experience was excellent. The place is very spacious and very well located, which makes it very convenient to get around and enjoy the area. The pool and BBQ area are great; they are perfect for spending time with family and relaxing. The kitchen is also very well equipped, which makes it very easy to prepare meals during your stay. Something we really loved was the nature around the house. There are many trees, and you can see a wide variety of animals: little birds, squirrels, iguanas, and even woodpeckers. It was really nice to be able to watch them while we were resting. My family really enjoyed it, and it's definitely a place we'd go back to.

Awesome fun place to stay with a group! Neighborhood/ street is a little sketchy so make sure to never walk alone at night. Felt safe inside as there is a large gate. Walkable area. Pool was fantastic. Make sure to bring your own oil, spices, napkins etc! Would def stay again!
