From the moment we arrived, this rental exceeded every expectation. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The floor plan is thoughtfully designed, with spacious rooms and plenty of private bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The private beach is absolutely breathtaking and was meticulously raked each morning. One of the most unforgettable moments of our stay was waking up to several baby sea turtles hatching and watching them make their way to the ocean. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a memory we'll cherish forever. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this rental to any family looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway with incredible views and an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely incredible stay at Casa de la Playa! Diana was wonderful to work with, Ramon and Carlos took care of every detail, and Jaqueline kept the home spotless. Everything was seamless, relaxing, and above and beyond what we expected. Truly a slice of heaven—we can't wait to come back!

Celebrated two birthdays. Family was all together ,couldn't have asked for a better place. Enjoyed the paddle boat and stand up boards, the beach was wonderful . Loved having it all to our selves. The staff cooked us a great dinner and lunch. they were always there to help with what ever we wanted. Wonderful vacation .

We had a wonderful week here over Christmas with our extended family. The house was beautiful and perfect for a large group—we had 11 people and plenty of space. The beach is even larger than the photos suggest. We rented golf carts, which made getting into town and around the island very easy. We used Caty the Chef for lunch and dinner on Christmas Day, and the food and service were excellent. What truly made our trip extra special was Carlos and the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—helping with Christmas lights, running to the pharmacy for us, and even recovering Christmas presents that were accidentally left in a cab upon arrival. We ended Christmas night with a bonfire on the beach, which was incredibly memorable. We hope to return soon.

We had such a wonderful stay in Isla Mujeres thanks to Diana and her incredibly hard working team. The villa is a dream - spacious, scenic and luxe. As a guest added to the listing, I found it very easy to engage with the host and her team. They were kind, very, very generous and thoughtful. To be there with my group of girls and have this team make us feel right at home for bach weekend was so special. We will always be grateful. Thanks for such a memorable trip: Diana, Catalina, Carlos and others. You all are world-class.

We really enjoyed our three-day stay at Casa de la Playa!! Beautiful surroundings, with lots of privacy and "own beach". Excellent service and helpfulness from the entire team (Carlos, Ramón and team). Special mention for Catalina (chef) and Humberto, who made our "culinary" stay a very special experience, with excellent local food and very permeable to the requirements of the little ones. In conclusion, a great option to spend a few days with your family in a very special and unique place!!! Thank you very much!!

Diana’s house was amazing!! The house staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Home is an older home but had everything we needed. Beach access was the best part! Private and one of the most beautiful beaches we have been to!! We will definitely be back to visit soon!

Such an amazing vacation. The house is perfect for large groups and the staff spoiled us every day. The private beach is heavenly. Perfect location for families, friend groups, etc. Can’t wait to plan another vacation with them.

This was our third time here. Simply amazing home with ample room for our party of 10/12. Great private beach, raked and set up for us daily. Can't say enough about the staff, Carlos and Ramon are very attentive taking care of everything even before we ask. The grounds and room are manicured daily. We hired the chef, Catalina, and she did a great job with our catch of the day. I suggest strong to tip the staff, they work their butts off.

I’m on the flight home and couldn’t wait to write a review for this amazing property. We spent six days with our extended family to celebrate my Husband’s 50th birthday. The property is stunning and the pictures do not do the beach justice. As mentioned in other reviews, it is not the most modern property, but it more than makes up for it in charm, space, views, and location. But what really made our week special was Carlos and the Team- and a special shout out for Chef Catalina and her husband Umberto. We did a brunch and two dinners. The food and hospitality was incredible- Umberto made my husband’s favorite cake (Tres Leches) and it was out of this world. Carlos takes care of anything you could want or need and is always available without ever feeling intrusive. We loved every single moment at Casa de la Playa!
