We stayed a week, and we really felt at home away from home. The space is modern, well laid out, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you plan to cook, as we did (which is a big help considering the prices in Sta. Tere); overall, it is well equipped. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, which is always appreciated. It is on the third floor, so you have to climb stairs—it didn't bother us, but it's good to keep that in mind. One thing we loved was the peacefulness. There is no noise from parties or disturbances, and in the early morning, you can hear the Congo monkeys—we really enjoyed that connection with nature, although for light sleepers, it might be something to consider. The location is good, about 700 meters from the main street. In short: an absolutely fantastic stay in Santa Tere 🌴✨ We would definitely go back and recommend it.

Lovely place with swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and nice chill area. The only downside is that if you don’t have a car or an atv then it’s a pretty step and long walk so I recommend having an atv or a car when you rent this place! Other than that 10/10 😊

We have had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb over the last few days. The location is fantastic, everything was exactly as described, and the place is truly gorgeous. It was very clean and maintained. The hostess was very nice and warm, which made our stay even more pleasant. A quick tip: If you are arriving by car, it is best to have a 4x4 or even a quad bike, as the access road can be a bit challenging. And as a special highlight, howler monkeys would come by every now and then – a real nature experience! We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place.

My stay with Natalia was very nice; I felt very comfortable! The monkeys came by every now and then. Natalia was very easy to reach, always responded immediately whenever I had questions, and she also proactively changed my flat tire, which was absolutely fantastic!! I’ll be back :)

The place is beautiful, well maintained, and tastefully decorated—even my pets felt 10/10. Getting there in a 4x2 vehicle is a bit tricky, but it's part of the Santa Teresa scenery. I would totally come back

A beautiful, modern apartment located on the top (third) floor. It’s spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a great bathtub, and a large bathroom with both a shower and tub. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need. We had a small issue with a clogged shower, which was resolved within an hour or two. Natalia was very responsive, and we really appreciated that. We had a great stay. We would recommend an ATV or a vehicle with higher ground clearance (our Suzuki Jimny was perfect). Getting to the apartment from Santa Teresa involves a steep incline, a steep and bumpy descent, and crossing a very shallow stream.

Excellent place! It offers everything you see in the photos! I had super clear communication with Natalia and she even helped me with another apartment to stay one more night. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed Natalia’s place a lot, close proximity to great restaurants/bars & the beach. In terms of the road to the accommodation we had a base level SUV (not 4WD) and it was completely fine but some form of transportation definitely useful if staying here (ATV or an SUV).

We had a great stay in Santa Teresa! Natalia has been easy to contact, responded quickly and been helpful. The only thing we wish there was more of in the apartment is storage space for clothes, otherwise everything is fine☺️ Happy to come back!

Superb accommodation, very luxurious and nice. The only downside was a very steep hill up and down to playa Santa Teresa and town. Otherwise, the location was perfect. The road down in the morning (12 min) was no problem but the hill up (17 min) after a day at the beach could be tough. However, you can turn it around and see it as pleasant exercise. Generally, it was a good location, close to a lot and quiet. The host was super quick to respond and very nice. Thank you.

The place is stunning. It has a very nice beach inspired style. Natalia was super helpful, we rented an ATV with her and we picked up at the property and returned it there, very helpful! We had an amazing time!

The place is exactly the same as the photos, located in a fairly quiet, private area. Very cozy for short and long stays. I could definitely come back.

The accommodation was very neat, everything was super clean and nicely decorated. A nice kitchen and swimming pool where you can cool off. An exciting road to get there, but with a high car/4x4 it is doable.

I spent two and a half months in one of the apartments and it was really a great stay. The accommodation is really well located (provided you have a quad or a car - even if it can be done on foot too) and I just went through Natalia to rent the quad :) The view of the greenery from the apartment on the 3rd floor is just beautiful! The place was very clean and really modern, I really felt at home! And Natalia is really responsive to every request :) The only point to note anyway: there was construction that was constantly taking place around that time and that started early in the morning, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Santa Teresa! It didn't bother me more than that and it was still okay compared to other places I've stayed. I know I'll be back in the apartment when I come back! Thank you Natalia :)

The accommodation was super, everything was mega nicely furnished and everything necessary was available. Recommended: A 4 x 4 is not absolutely necessary but a certain skill is needed to get to the accommodation as the road is very bumpy. Otherwise, certainly worth a visit

This place was wonderful! Host was so nice and responsive. She was very willing to help. The only one thing to note is that the walk down to the beach is very hilly. We did it a few times but recommend an ATV to get around. We took a cab most nights which seemed dumb to go such a short distance but was necessary at night. Overall amazing stay and highly recommend !

We had a great time, Natalia loving, always attentive, responding and solving everything with a lot of concern. very nice place for a family of 4. 10min from the beach walking. Lo towards every morning to go surfing. We made a couple of comments on Natalia on how I could improve some practical details on the dpto to keep improving but overall very happy with the instance. This was a magical stay! The space itself is extremely beautiful and clean. It felt like a luxurious getaway. You instantly feel right at home and very cozy. There are always monkeys in the tree right outside of the kitchen and bathroom windows. Host was responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend a 4X4 vehicle to easily travel up and down the road the property is on. Loved everything about our experience!!

We had an amazing stay here. Everything went well. The accommodation is new, clean, and comfortable. The pool is essential for the hot temperatures in Costa Rica. I highly recommend renting an ATV for getting around. Valeria was fantastic throughout our stay. She responded to all our requests very quickly. Amazing !

Great spot in Santa Theresa, would stay again, road to get there had been recently paved however there’s a partial part that’s really rough and even infront of the bnb the parking space isn’t great, we actually scratched our car but you just have to be careful, if you rented a car go slow but if you have a atv or dirtbike that’s much better. Lock on door to get into the space doesn’t always lock either.

Great place! A little away from the main street and you only enter 4x4 because you have to cross a little ravine, but the place is beautiful. It was super clean. Natalia answered almost immediately when we wrote to her. I recommend it.

Very nice site , on the other hand is not an 8-minute walk from the beach as described but rather 30 minutes by crossing a river and climbing huge coastline , provide a 4x4 for any travel , lack of parking spaces there are only 2-3 parking lots for 6 units , extremely noisy you hear atv spend day and night , despite all that we enjoyed our stay

Great place! ATV and car is a must, parking is outside. The cleaning staff was awesome and attentive. Great for pet friendly and kid friendly.

Natalia is a great host! I highly recommend airbnb , we were all well received throughout our stay. It was clean and well organized, the cleaners on site are always ready to help us. Natalia responds quickly to questions and offers activities in the area. I will return without hesitation in case I will visit Costa Rica another time

The whole place was amazing, everything was as described, we loved it. Only that to get to the place you have to pass a road that is not in good condition, they are cobbling it but there are parts in poor condition. In the end you have to cross a river that has no bridge so if it rains a lot you could not pass. Recommended is a 4x4 vehicle

Had a good stay in this appartment. The road leading to the house is pretty challenging like other people already said. You have to be in good shape to walk up and down, otherwise an atv or a car is needed. Other than that, the rest of the stay was good.

We enjoyed our stay. Cute place, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Natalia was a good host always willing to help and very responsive. Definitely need an suv/4x4/atv with the road, but that was clearly communicated.

The accommodation is very nice, as described in the publication and in the photos, the training is full of trees, very natural. Access is difficult if you do not have a 4x4, missing hair dryer, kettle, there were 4 and there were only three chairs, but they are details that can be improved, in general it was a very good stay.

Natalia’s place was absolutely wonderful — perhaps even better than the photos! Whoever designed this place did an amazing job. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in (I even wrote down the brand to see if I could find it at home — it was THAT comfy), and the big open space with all the sliding glass doors was such a joy to be in. Natalia was also just a great host. She was incredibly responsive to my questions and the minor issue that came up, and she was quick to get the place together for me to stay super last-minute when my original booking fell through. Had the shower been a bit better and the nearby river not been there (which made it difficult to cross to get to town without a car/ATV or when it was raining/dark), I would have happily stayed here my entire time in Santa Teresa. But not much they can do about the location :) I still wouldn’t hesitate to come back if in town again with transpiration!

Great stay at Natalia The apartment is new, very well-equipped. Very quiet . On the other hand, it is necessary to have a 4 x 4 for access to the accommodation. Very close to main street. The pool was very cold , it was refreshing. Small washing machine ptibs but I think it will be fixed when we leave . Thank you Natalia 🤩

The place was great, everything was spotless, and the only thing to address is that the kitchen misses some kitchen utensils. But besides that everything regarding the property was perfect. Access may be a little bit hard I recommend you to have a 4x4 to ensure you won't have problems mostly during the rainy season.

Lovely apartment that felt secluded in beautiful surroundings of nature. Excellent management of the place - Natalia was really accommodating and responsive. We were there during the wet season so the road was a bit of a challenge for us during heavy rains (however, I’m pregnant and we’re traveling with a toddler - I think if you have an ATV it’s much easier to navigate). It’s close enough to everything to easily get supplies or go out, but tucked away enough to feel separate from the busier part of town. Pool and outdoor terrace are lovely.

Beautiful place that looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool and common area are great. Natalia was responsive and helpful. Like others have said, the hill leading up to the property requires 4x4 or ATV to climb. It's possible to walk into town (maybe 12 minutes on the way down, 20 minutes up), but it's steep and very dark at night.

it's a beautiful stay in a quiet place! unfortunately our rental car didn't get all the way up, the road is a little style. Natalia was kind enough to always take us on the quad on and off to eat street, very thoughtful! Thanks for this stay, we enjoyed it!

For this price it is hard to find something better in Santa T. It is a downhill walk of 15 minutes to get to the main road. If you have a car it won’t take long but you need a 4x4 or VTT. Very clean, the shared poil is a great place to hang a meet new people! Great concept and great host! Natalia is really great, great energy and very helpful. One of the favorite people we met in Santa T. Hope you get to enjoy the spot as we did. If you have any questions about mountain biking in the area you should asked Natalia. =)
