Hello Rony For the rental, you should still invest in garden furniture and interior design. The location and pool were really good. You and your mother were very friendly

I thought it was a very good place, the place is just as seen in the photos, the condominium is very safe. In the apartment we were left 2 bottles of water, 2 beers and some chips which seems a very good detail to me. I recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones in the place are a little hard and uncomfortable. The apartment is equipped with all kitchen instruments, they should only bring napkins or kitchen towels. The pool a 10, there is television, there is only one air conditioning for the whole house, but we worked very well, all 3 rooms have fans on the ceiling. I would easily come back.
The place is smaller than it looked but it lacks a lot of maintenance. Within 5 minutes of arriving, when putting the lump in a bed, one of the plastic legs flew off so we had to take all the legs off the bed, it turns out that it took 1 and had another ravine apart from the one that flew when putting the lump. The fans sound very loud, oiling them would be convenient. The glass door that faces the pool could not be opened or closed, I ended up breaking all the nails of one hand trying to open it and it hit my oil. The pool was chlorinated at the end. We gave skin allergy and on the last day we couldn't even use it. The neighbors decided to party until midnight and you couldn't sleep. I think the place is nice, but overall it lacks a lot of maintenance to be at its full potential. From fair, they are charging me the 2 legs that were already broken before arriving. It's the worst Airbnb experience I've had at the moment.

Señora Silvia! lamentemos mucho sus inconvenientes percibidos con la estadía. No es por justificarnos; pero si es mi responsabilidad informarle que nosotros contratamos una empresa para dar mantenimiento a la piscina, y contamos con bitácora que asegura su uso. Con respecto al tema de la cama; la encargada de entregar la casa en condiciones aptas para la estadía no me comunicó nada acerca de patas quebradas, por lo que un bulto no es suficiente para quebrarlo, a parte que las camas no las encontramos en los lugares habituales, y le recuerdo que ud me indicó que lo resolviera por medio de el servicio de Airbnb. Yo siempre estoy atento a las necesidades de los inquilinos; por lo que si existía ruido ud debió comunicarme a mí o comunicarse con el contacto de los guardas que está en la guía del huésped. Insisto quiero externar mis disculpas por las molestias percibidas Agradecemos siempre su preferencia y esperamos compensarle en una eventual Visita
The place is smaller than what you see, the photo shows a large house and in reality they are 2 small apartments and we are only in one so the space is reduced for the price that was paid, we have been in bigger for the same price.. Also the fans do not work much and they sound like they want to fall all night. We found alacranes and it would be nice to know that it is possible that they were going to be more cautious.
It would be important for someone to explain to the host that: Central air conditioning is a system that works throughout the house through ducts. Grosero and ill-behaved. The house is suitable only if someone likes the temperatures too high.

Doña alxandra, sentimos mucho que el aire acondicionado no fuera de su agrado, lastimosamente no recuerda que atendimos a todas sus solicitudes para su reserva (instalación de una ducha de agua caliente)
Similar to the photos, the nice pool with a very nice and clean temperature. The only thing I thought I had air conditioners in the rooms and is only 1 air in the living room. Also there is no wifi, otherwise everything is excellent.
Nice and familiar place, some cooking utensils would be useful as a blender. Everything else is fine.
This place was an amazing private spot. It's relatively close to the beach but located in a condominium area. The house had everything we needed for cooking, and the pool super refreshing. The host Ronny was always attentive to our needs. We enjoyed and loved this place and will definitely come back in the future.
