Despite some problems with the air conditioning and refrigerator, they took care to resolve them and were available to fix them as soon as possible.

We had a great stay!

Excellent stay at Reserva Conchal and a great way to end our vacation in Costa Rica. The apartment is really nice, in our opinion even better and more spacious than how it looks on the photos. Kitchen well equipped and all very clean. Beds are comfortable! The combination of the quite apartment with a pool just for the building and access to the beach club and beautiful beach was great to enjoy. The beach club has a great vibe, not as busy as the Westin next door but with sufficient amenities and nice restaurant! We will definitely return!

We had a hands down fabulous stay! Having never been to Costa Rica or the area, we were so glad we picked this. Very safe, absolutely beautiful location with easy access to the neighboring areas and Playa Conchal. The pools exceeded our expectations and the nature trails (and monkeys) were a ton of fun. One piece I was not expecting (because the pictures did not do justice) were the views off the balcony - stunning. Highly recommend!

Wow! This place exceeded my expectations. The home itself was very clean! The kitchen had every Appliance known to man. Lots of storage containers, tons of glassware and dishes. We also found salt pepper oil, coffee filters as well as dish soap sponges, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, plenty of paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper. We were able to pick up Britt brand coffee pods at the local grocery store Super Conchal or there is the option to purchase and brew coffee in a traditional coffee pot. The beds were all comfortable with nice linens and lots of spare. There were really nice big beach towels, as well as plenty of extra bath towels. The beach club provided their own beach towels, but it was nice to have the ones at the house for the Pool associated with the condo. We were super impressed with the beach club restaurant and chose to eat most of our meals there bc of the friendly staff. We saw 20+ monkeys in the trees outside the front door and beach iguanas and more!

Beautiful place. Having the shuttle down to the beach and beach club was a great service to have.

Very comfortable apartment, with an excellent location, yes for those who have a car to get around more easily. The beach is beautiful, and the beach club offers great amenities. The only problem was with the air conditioning that stopped working on the second to last day.

We can only say great things about Andrés's place . Enjoyed every minute,felt like at home . Full comfort . We will rent again . One of the best we stayed in Costa Rica. Thank you. Pura Vida

The best Air B&B I have stayed. Reserva Conchal is an amazing beach location, however this apartment has everything that we needed to enjoy our family vacation. I think I am coming back for sure

Wonderful stay! Condo was clean and as described. The location was perfect for us, and we loved the onsite pool and hiking trails nearby. Host was helpful and quick to respond.

Lovely place, just as advertised. Great for our family of 4, could easily fit 6. The monkeys in Reserva are quite a sight (and sound)!

Beautiful home and one of the nicest, most peaceful beach. The beach club was great. House was well stocked.
