Rob did an excellent job of giving us an overview of local activities, restaurants, car rentals, and stores. Check-in was smooth and his unit was as advertised with a well equipped kitchen and tons of towels. Our contact and property manager was very thorough, pleasant, and informative during our stay. The only thing that came close to a negative was a couple of instances of low water pressure. I would recommend this unit to others.

The condo is a short walk to the beach and town, you really do not need a car ! perfect for walking and very safe

Awesome place and great service from the hosts. The place has a great location, it's close to the beach and the social places but in a quiet area that lets you rest at night. 100% would stay here again!

Casa Sandman was a great place to end our vacation being near the beach and town of Tamarindo for New Year's weekend. Rob was very responsive when initially contacted and handed us off to Liane who manages the property. She did a great job communicating and coordinating our arrival and had plenty of suggestions on what to do and where to go in Tamarindo to get us oriented. She checked on us a few times during the stay to make sure all was well. The place was very nice and extremely clean. It was a great place for 2 couples to enjoy a few days in the sun:) Thank you Rob and Liane!

Our stay at Rob's place was great! We had everything we need it and it was perfect for our family reunion! The complex has 2 well kept pools and security 24hrs (they were so lovely and helpful). His apartmemt was as described with air conditioning in each room, nice living room, the main bedroom is big and comfy and we were SO HAPPY to have washing machine and dryer after being 10 days without washing through Costa Rica. We didn't meet Rob but Lianne and Jeff who were very helpful specially when we need it a doctor for my husband, they gave us tips about Tamarindo, THANKS A LOT! We will def come to Rob's apartment if we return to Tamarindo 😊
