NICK and the team responded very well. It was just a little dirty at first, but the cleaning issues were fixed! The issue with the large pool that was filled almost at the end of our trip, but that didn't prevent it from being a good experience.

Absolutely amazing place with peaceful surroundings. I stayed in the pool from sun up til sun down. This is my 3rd year at this villa and I'll be making it my yearly trip. The host is always available for questions or to set up anything the you need help with. The masseuse service we ordered was top tier!! They isn't enough great things that I can say about this place. Thank you all for another wonderful stay and see you again.

We had a fantastic time on our couples retreat. There was plenty of room for our group and the property was phenomenal. Jason had great communication and was so responsive. Right when we arrive we connected with Jeff who was the concierge guy, and he helped coordinate our wonderful Cook named Teresa who did a fantastic job. He also helped connect us with a private driver so we can leave whenever we wanted and go do excursions. They came in and cleaned twice during the week that we were there which was amazing, and came in and serviced the pool. We had such a wonderful time. We would definitely stay there again.

I was not able to make it on the trip, but the rest of my party had an amazing time. Said they would stay here again. Perfect stay for a large group. We hosted our local family, some friends from Costa Rica, and some friends from the US. A great time was had by all. Thank you!

Great place to stay with a group of friends or family!

Boy did we have a great time. 3 families, 2 of five and 1 of four. Kids ages 1-13. Pool was a blast, we brought an absurd amount of cheap pool toys. Chefs were outstanding. Laura was super responsive throughout the process and so helpful. We stayed on property with exception of 1 morning beach trip and a few grocery store runs. This was my families 2nd time here.

My stay here in Mexico was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Jeff was an incredible host—always responsive, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Anytime a small issue came up, he was quick to resolve it and made sure everything was perfect for us. Carlos was always friendly, welcoming, and kept the place spotless. His attention to detail and warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Teresa’s cooking and cleaning were beyond amazing—every meal felt like a treat, and she made the home feel both comfortable and cared for. The combination of great hospitality, wonderful people, and a clean, relaxing space made this one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Without hesitation, I give this a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here.

Amazing place! Luxurious. The entrance and the roads are in great conditions. Pools are beautiful. It’s fully equipped !

Loved everything about this place! The place was private and away from noise and other homes in the area. The villas were private, clean and spacious. The pools were amazing! Each villa had a kitchen area but we loved having the central kitchen and dining space to accommodate our group. We had 5 couples (10 people total) and felt like we had plenty of individual private space and loved having a common area to hang out at. The bathrooms in that same area were convenient as well. Lau was an AMAZING host! She was very responsive, had great recommendations, was flexible with our arrival time, provided access to communities that needed a pass to, and so nice and friendly! The staff that came each morning to clean and check on things were friendly as well. I look forward to coming back to this place for future vacations!

Beautiful house. Ideal for hosting several families. Laura the manager was super responsive and helpful. Teresa's food was delicious. It's the best of both worlds between an airbnb and an all included! Very close to the beach, everything was perfect.

We didn’t work with Jason directly but with Laura and the staff. Our family of 10 stayed here for 10 amazing days. The staff and chef were incredible. We felt like we had an authentic experience here. Our family loved spending time in and around the pool. We loved listening and seeing the different types of birds! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Absolutely loved our stay here, what a wonderful place. The chef was amazing also! Great place for families and bigger groups. Worth noting there is some highway noise (not an issue just noting) and a lot of ants (but it’s in the jungle so that’s normal and they do manage for it!). No concerns and lovely people to deal with.
