Sapphire Beach was an amazing location! incredibly helpful staff, beautiful beach, nice pools, and luxury accommodations. The snorkeling company that they work with picked us up from our dock and gave us a personal guided tour. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a few hiccups but Chuck was responsive. Some of this was out of his control, but I do think the staff at the condo complex needs to better communicate with Chuck. They were confused when we checked in with 5 pp. I wasn't sure if they were going to allow it because they said it was for 2 pp. They ended up getting the condo ready for 5, but we had to twice ask for blankets and towels. The Internet was terribly slow and we couldn't stream anything. The front desk said there was a private Wifi but they didn't know the password. Don't expect to be able to do a zoom call until the private wifi is available. Chuck recd a tour provider but he was booked so we talked to the staff. They talked to us about options but said they could save us some money because they had "a guy". We went with the guy and saved $10 pp ... but they were almost 90 mins late, the boat was unsafe, and they didn't even take us to Mexican Rocks bc they weren't a registered tour. Staff got us $15pp refunded.

Once again we loved our stay at Sapphire. a previous review said that the shower was not hot, we had no problems with this. The resort was very quiet this time and the restaurant and tiki bar were often closed. It was nice to have a washing machine and drier which we used a couple of times. didn't have to bring so many clothes with us.

We loved chuck place was ocean view . Waking up every morning seeing beautiful sunrise was priceless . Restaurant had amazing food and staff was very friendly.

This one bedroom condo is perfect for visiting the north end of San Pedro. It is quite the drive from the airport or Belize express but worth it for the peacefulness of the property. It was nice to be able to have/make food. We were able to get a charter directly from the dock on the property. Host was responsive to the issues we had (breaker for the water heater had gone out) that was no fault of theirs. We would absolutely stay here again! Also, the onsite eatery was good!

Sapphire Beach is a stunning property. If we were to ever move to Ambergris Caye, we'd want to be here at Chuck's property. The condo unit was plenty big for the two of us and would be big enough to accommodate 2 more using the futon. Clean, well kept, comfortable... no complaints at all about the place. The view is the beach and ocean... gorgeous. The staff that manages the property was kind and communicated well. On-site security, daily beach clean up, and restaurant were all nice. Kayaks and paddle boards being right there were great. We booked a snorkel adventure from a company that picked us up right at the dock too. A few local restaurants are nearby as well. Overall this was a wonderful stay. The road getting in is an unfinished clay / dirt road that takes about 45min from town to reach by golf cart. It is bumpy getting there... but that is literally everywhere on the island. It's all part of the adventure. Just be prepared to bring in whatever you want from town.

It’s very beautiful on the northern part of Ambergris caye. Sapphire is a wonderful hospitable resort and Chuck and Georgina’s place is perfect.

The resort is lovely! The staff are wonderful. Eric was especially helpful. From helping us with our luggage when we arrived, throughout our stay and until we checked out. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The restaurant delivered breakfast to us on the beach. The staff was very helpful with providing us information on things to do and setting up tours. The unit itself was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The washer came in very handy. Chuck and Gergana were great hosts always checking on us and providing helpful suggestions.

We spent a week in Chuck and Gergana's condo and it was hard to leave. The unit is pristine, comfortable and well equipped. We spent many hours on the porch enjoying the beautiful view and the entertainment provided by the colorful birds and the pelicans. The resort staff were friendly and responsive and the restaurant Gem serves lovely food. We even had a romantic beach dinner to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We have been many places but none have been as relaxing as here. We heartily recommend staying here!

Chuck and Gergana’s place was amazing! Everything we needed was right at little fingertips. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had storage containers for our leftovers. There is a great selection of DVD’s which was fun. The condo is literally steps from the beautifully manicured beach where we were able to watch the sunrise every morning, and the moonrise every evening.

Great place for a relaxing vacation. The concierge services (Rose especially) was top notch with all bookings & directions.
