Casa Xuul

Place itself is well designed, Internet and Sono indoor and outdoor sound systems were not working properly, was connecting to next door villa instead of ours. Cleaning staff was taking whole day to replace towels and clean. Floors and tables were dirty, dishes unwashed ( dishwasher broken ) smelled really bad. AC at Madter bedroom was not working. Cleaning staff was busy on their phones all the time hanging around interfering with guests relaxation in the Villa. Chef over salted most of the meals and was drinking after work our liqueurs, overstayed after meals were served. Chef also took leftovers home and left fridge completely empty Service was terrible! Staff accused one of my guests of yelling at them, which was completely unacceptable. No one raised voices, just asked for towels which were still laying dirty by the end of the cleaning! Beds were full of sand after they made them. Overall I would not recommend anyone to rent this property!

This house and hosting team are PHENOMENAL! We had a group and stayed at the house the entire time, enjoying the beautiful views and lounging spaces. The vendor options provided by the house were all wonderful (Chef Jesus, Yoga with Analisa, and Sound Bath/Reiki with Pablo and Victoria). The surrounding views are incredible. I recommend this house to people who are happy to stay in the house for most of the vacation - it will not disappoint! - as it is a distance to the more populated area of Tulum.
