My family and I felt right at home, and the host responded immediately to our requests The best part was that our plane landed at 6 in the morning and they were flexible in letting us check in early. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

In general, the accommodation was comfortable and pleasant: the beds were comfortable, the space was well furnished, and the room had a nice appearance. However, we had a major hygiene issue, as there were COCKROACHES inside the rooms, even getting onto the beds. We informed the manager of the situation, but we did not receive a response or any proposed solution during our stay; it was we who suggested compensation, which was minimal considering the seriousness of the circumstances. It was also difficult to find the place to stay because the street was under repair, something the host did not mention beforehand. We tried to communicate several times without success. Also, when we finally found the building, the access instructions, check-in details, and passwords did not match what was provided. At that point, we did get a quick response to fix the access issue.

Arriving is a disaster. The street is closed. You have to walk and carry things a long way. Dirty beds, smells bad. No cleaning was done. Dirty underwear in the drawers. We had to buy cleaning supplies. When we complained, the response was that the apartment was available, but that there was no open street, which was a problem for the municipality. They didn't want to pay for the cleaning supplies we bought. There are no trash cans; there are no trash bags. The tenants next door said the apartment hasn't been used for months. We want compensation for at least one night. Please use it when the street is open to traffic. Even talking honestly works. Esteban, I was able to resolve it. In the end, we had to stay because it was 11:00 p.m.

Excellent place. The street was under construction, so access was a bit difficult (I was with a young man in a wheelchair). Otherwise, everything was excellent: the place, the apartment, the location, the view of the pool—everything was beautiful... Highly recommended. It feels like home. Thank you very much. The accommodation was very good, I really enjoyed my vacation in this space, there were 6 of us and we were accommodated perfectly, it has a very complete kitchen which I liked a lot.

Had a great stay! Accommodations were clean, kitchen was well stocked and felt right at home making meals for our family. The terrace was a great spot to enjoy the sunset. Great location as well, close enough to enjoy the beaches but away from the tourist areas. I would definitely recommend for a small family. Hope to be back soon! Baja is known for water issues so keep that in mind and don’t panic if you need to reach out to the host for water issues, they were quick to respond and handled it asap.
