The place and service far exceeded our expectations, the room super comfortable, with air, TV, coffee maker and even a small refrigerator, otherwise as shown in the photos. The hotel is in front of the volcano, so it can be observed at all times from the rooms or from the beautiful pool, which by the way is super close to the villas. The location was excellent, maybe about 2 kms from downtown and has many places close by to be able to eat walking. The friendliness and kindness of the host and the staff are exceptional, always with good communication and attitude at all times, so much so that we were even able to check in much earlier than the allowed time. When we left the hotel we forgot some very important belongings, they called us immediately and even took the time to go and send them as a recommendation. If you hesitate, we will continue to stay there. 100% RECOMMENDED!!!

The photos dont do this place justice! The view of the volcano from the villas and the pool is amazing. We had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves. There is tonnes of wildlife around and the staff couldnt do enough for us. Thank you!

brilliant stay! the grounds and apartment were beautiful - amazing views! Everything is so well kept and we had easy communication the whole time which made the stay great. would definitely recommend - good location, close to everything and the stay were so attentive and helpful. Stayed at this Airbnb for 1 night & absolutely loved it. The host was very kind and attentive, checked up with us to make sure everything was okay. The room felt homey, amazing water pressure & great ac. Loved the view in the morning, definitely would recommend this to everyone

Contact less check in was very easy to get to our room. it's gated and that was a plus. pool and jacuzzi were very clean. great view of the Volcano. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience store

I loved this little villa. It was beautiful and had lots of colors everywhere you’d look. The landscaping was beautiful as well and the pool area was very relaxing. It was in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and more. The host had great recommendations and always answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. We were 2 adults, a 9 year old and a baby for 3 nights. Our room was right beside the pool which was great for us to easily bring the kids. The town centre of La Fortuna is quite busy and crowded and we were glad to stay in this place which is on the outskirts a bit; much quieter and closer to a lot of activities. The two restaurants across the street are great. The volcano is only visible on clear days; for the first few days we couldn't see it at all but luckily it cleared up on the day we left so we were finally able to see it! Vilma is very communicative through text and quickly answers and questions. Very helpful. The showers and pool are great. Any complaints I have would just be nit-picking, this location was great overall and we'd recommend it to other families.

Great place in a very convenient location. Other than some road noise the property is beautiful. It’s so nice to sit on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the many species of birds and the Arenal Volcano is in full view.
