I spent two nights at the house with my best friends to celebrate my birthday, and honestly, the house exceeded all of our expectations. There were 16 of us, plus two pets, and Mario was kind enough to let us bring them at no additional cost, which we really appreciated. Wendy, the housekeeper, was wonderful, she was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. She answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is huge, beautiful, spacious, and the perfect place to spend a vacation or celebrate a special occasion. We also appreciated that the extra electricity usage wasn’t an issue. We were respectful and responsible with our consumption, so the additional usage was minimal, and we were able to fully enjoy our stay without even needing to leave the house. Mario, our host, was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back as soon as possible. Tysm!

The stay was very pleasant, but the wattage issue is a real rip-off because it's too little even for a 1-day stay. It was also difficult to get there because Waze didn't locate it well, since there's a new entrance now, and we wasted an hour driving around.

Regarding electricity consumption, we would like to clarify that the amount of kWh included is clearly specified both in the listing description and in the House Rules before booking. Our intention has always been to act with complete transparency so that each guest knows the conditions before confirming their stay. Therefore, we believe that describing this policy as a “theft” does not adequately reflect the information previously provided. Regarding check-in, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent changes to the accesses in the area. Unfortunately, updates to apps like Waze are beyond our control. However, we are always available to provide assistance and help our guests get to the accommodation without any problems. We appreciate your feedback as they allow us to continue to improve the experience for our future guests.

This was my second stay at this property and again I had an excellent experience. The accommodation is kept spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host's service and communication were always friendly and professional. It is definitely a place I highly recommend and would gladly return to.

Very disappointed house is not how it is advertise, house needs major maintenance the house was giving to us dirty including the pool,sheets and pillowcases were dirty the house smelled like urine The refrigerator has mole does not work properly and it leaks water.There is no washer and dryer for you to use the house is infested of roaches one of the toilet was not working water all through the bathroom I had to text him to get someone to fix the toilet the head showers needs major cleaning they’re so rusted that the water doesn’t even come out. The owner knows about all the issues the house has yet he fails to fix it he act like he did not know all the issues the house had yet kept blaming the housekeeper for it. The house is not in good conditions to be rented out and for the amount of money that I paid totally not worth it I have photos as well I will not recommend you to rent this property unless they fix everything

Everything was very good. The house is spectacular. The only thing we didn't like was the electricity. After 25 watts of consumption, you have to pay for the excess. They should just charge more on the rate.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The place was impeccable, very comfortable and exactly as in the pictures. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself, and the atmosphere feels safe and pleasant. The host's service was amazing: always attentive, friendly, and mindful of every detail to ensure we had a comfortable experience. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed at. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and a quality experience. We would definitely come back!
