Absolutely loved our stay! We’ve been to Belize several times, but this was our first visit to San Ignacio, and it honestly might be my favorite place in Belize now. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling peaceful and local. The town is beautiful, the people are incredibly welcoming, and there was so much to explore nearby. The property itself was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of space, all the amenities we needed, and the smaller pools were such a hit with the kids. Juan was wonderful extremely helpful and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had such an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting San Ignacio!

First of all, excellent communication with Jameli. I felt very informed coming into San Ignacio. The property was very large and easily accommodated our 6 adult group. Juan, the onsite manager was also extremely friendly and helped us with everything, including unloading and loading our rental car. Jameli, did the legwork to find us a tour company that we used for Tikal on one day and ATM on the next day. Everything about those tours was excellent, including the prices. One thing that we REALLY appreciated and I didn't catch from my research, was that Jameli's property was right across the street from the San Ignacio Hotel and their restaurant was one of the best in town. On our 4-day stop in San Ignacio, we ate dinner their twice and used the hotel pool with a $10 USD day-pass. This alone, makes Jameli's properties more valuable.

Went to Belize with a group of friends and we had a great time! Most of our activities picked us up from the house, but it’s a short walk down the hill to the meeting place for everything else. Plenty of restaurants and shops all within 10 mins. Right across from the iguana sanctuary and casino!

I always feel right at home at Jameli’s properties. Casa Suzie is spacious, clean, beautiful and in a perfect centralized location right by downtown. You can walk down the hill and get to the market, shops and restaurants. The nights are quiet and peaceful and you can enjoy the upstairs balcony or the bottom baranda and just relax. The rain sounds beautiful when you are relaxing in the hammocks on the covered baranda. The house is very safe and completely fenced in so you have privacy, the caretaker Juan is very attentive and always checks to make sure you have everything you need for a great stay. I come to Belize often and my first choice in Homes is always Casa Suzie or Suzies Villas and I always recommend them to anyone traveling to Belize.

This is an awesome place. I rented both sides of the property for a large group. Plenty of room. Excellent accommodations

The best house in San Ignacio - just a short walk away from all the local restaurants and attractions. It’s safe, clean, and modern - would highly encourage visitors to consider booking here for the peace of mind and convenience!

We loved staying at Suzie’s Hilltop Estates! The location was perfect. We were close enough to town to walk if we wanted to. Even my four year old was able to walk into town with little complaint. Being across the street from The San Ignacio Hotel was also a plus. Eating breakfast and dinner right there was an awesome bonus, so was the easy access to the iguana sanctuary at the hotel. Overall an awesome stay! Thank you!

This place was perfect. There were beautiful views since it sits on a hill. There are many birds on the property and the plants and flora on the property were beautiful. You were in walking distance to many restaurants. We had a fine dining experience at the San Ignacio Resort and Hotel which was across the street from the house. We visited Mayan ruins and went to the Botanical Garden and a butterfly sanctuary. Each bedroom had an attached bathroom which was a nice feature. The place was large and accommodated our group of seven. I would highly recommend this place. The host was easy to communicate with.

We rented both units, and they were clean, well-prepared, and ready for our arrival. The property sits atop a hill with beautiful views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking the caves. Juan was very kind and helpful in assisting us with arranging a taxi, which we truly appreciated. We had a wonderful and pleasant stay overall. We also accidentally left my husband’s iWatch behind, and Terry was gracious enough to send it to us via air freight to San Pedro. That level of kindness and customer service was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Terry! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. Birdwatching fantastic right from the pool deck. Juan, the on-site neighbor, was very friendly and helpful. Taco stand at the end of the driveway was delicious. Loved that the AC was on for our arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place for family/friends vacation. Peaceful with incredible atmosphere right within town.

This place was exactly as posted. Linen was clean and smelled fresh (I always take my own bedding & towels; I didn't need to).Super close to everything and town. If you like to walk they're all walkable. Terry came immediately to greet us & make sure we had necessities. Juan, the grounds keeper, is very pleasant & was readily available & quick to assist. The grounds were well maintained. This is definitely my go to place for future trips. Many thanks for making us feel at home - away from home.

Great spot within walking distance to great restaurants. Iguana sanctuary across the street was great too!
