The property is as it appears in the photos. Very clean, tidy, and with everything you need. Nelson was always attentive and helped us with a problem we had right away, and he followed up. It's well worth it for a family trip. 100% recommended

The host was welcoming, responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout our stay. A special thank you to Abel, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. My family and I had a wonderful time at Villa Calmar, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by Abel the housekeeper he showed us the house and explained how everything works, then he took us to the beach which is only 3-4 minutes away from the house, we enjoyed the pool and all the amenities in the house. The location is great. The host Nelson was very attentive, he made sure our stay was great and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful this home was. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. One of our favorite touches was the house guide waiting for us upon arrival. It included recommendations for the best beaches, restaurants, and local shops, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The pool was absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better—close to amazing beaches and fantastic restaurants. We chose not to rent a car, and it was never an issue because Ubers were always readily available and very affordable. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We can’t wait to come back, and honestly, we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

Nelson’s place, Villa Calmar, is beautiful and amazing! The property is exactly as described—spacious, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The place is huge! Having 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was awesome and made things so easy for our group. The views and outdoor spaces were especially stunning, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The walk to the beach was super close, which we loved. The location is also close to Plaza Encuentro, which is awesome. The plaza has all the amenities you could need, including a market, great food options, and Starbucks. Nelson was an excellent host: responsive, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to come back. Nelson’s Airbnb is beautiful, clean, comfortable, super spacious, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. Our stay was definitely peaceful, relaxing, and overall very enjoyable. The neighborhood is very friendly, welcoming, and you always feel very safe in this gated community. We loved the fact that we were also just a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Nelson is a very responsive host that truly cares for his guests and understands their needs. Highly recommended this Airbnb if you’re looking to make great memories in El Salvador.

Nelson’s place looked like the pictures. In my opinion, the master bedroom didn’t get as cool as the other bedrooms, but it did get cool overall. The water pressure wasn’t the best but you were able to take a shower. The second morning there was no water due to the water tank being empty but when I messaged Nelson, he was quick to respond and update me and after about 20 minutes, it was working. Nelson was flexible with check-in, which I appreciate. The location was close and walkable to the beach. The beach was beautiful and Sandy no rocks like other beaches nearby. To get to the beach was down the hill and to the right. The house cooled well and had good sunlight. It was a 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach. On the beach, there were restaurants and vendors that sold fruit like mango coconuts. I was able to schedule a horseback ride for me and my family straight off the beach. There were towels in each room. It was close distance to the shopping center as well. Nelson was responsive.

Nelson’s home was beautiful he was very flexible with us and even let us drop off our luggage before check-in so we did not have to carry them around. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, would definitely love to come back!! The home was clean and Nelson was quick to respond to messages.

This is a great place to stay. It's in a private community. There's a short walk to the beach. It's close to a shopping center and a few minutes drive from el tunco or la libertad.

Excellent place

Our host, Nelson, was extremely responsive. Great communicator. The house has a pin code to get in, making it very practical for all house guest to go in and out. The house has air conditioning in common areas unlike many homes in the area. This made it possible for family and friends to congregate with confort. Finally, housekeeping and laundry is included! Fantastic!!
