Part of me doesn’t want the word to get out how amazing this home is so that it’s not fully booked and we can’t come back. Location is perfect! On the beach so we enjoyed our morning coffee watching the early surfing. Evenings we got free fire dancers who were entertaining next door. The restaurant next door also brought over menus and would make food and bring it to the home! Plenty of rooms for 3 families. AC in each bedroom so people could sleep comfortably. The cleaner came every morning and made it look brand new. When we arrived after a week in La Fortuna we needed laundry so we asked where we could take it. Well they came and swooped up our laundry and brought it back folded and ready. If you are traveling with kids this home really allows you to step back and slow down. The only thing that threw me, but ended up loving was the outdoor living. Bedrooms are indoors while dining and living are outdoors. There is also a porch upstairs to enjoy the view. We will be back!

This spot was amazing. I highly recommend it. Right on the beach only house in the area. Really great hosts they cleaned it every day.

Second time staying here and will continue to come back and stay here!! This is the best spot in Tamarindo, you wake up on the beach and can walk to anything while still having privacy and security.

This really is the only house on the beach in Tamarindo! We had a wonderful time, it was perfect for our family of five, highly recommended.

This property offers one of the best locations in Tamarindo. It is right on the beach and directly on the main strip, giving you the best of both worlds. We could walk out the front and be steps from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, or walk out the back and be on the sand within seconds. The location made our stay incredibly easy. We walked everywhere. Each morning we enjoyed coffee at beachfront cafes, and each evening we explored local restaurants and shops. Despite being in the center of everything, the property felt private, secure, and comfortable. We felt safe throughout our stay. The daily housekeeping service was excellent and kept everything spotless. Ivan, the on-site property manager, was fantastic, responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tamarindo.

A perfect location in the heart of Tamarindo. It was so amazing to be right on the beach in a private house right in the middle of town, so close to everything. The house was great, comfortable, with great bedrooms!!

It’s hard to summarize what a gem this place is. Casa Amarilla will hold a special place in our heart. It’s absolutely beautiful and the only property like it in the area. This home has been recently renovated, a perfect place to roll on and off the beach all day long. Lots of restaurants on the beach, so you don’t need a car or anything to enjoy endless beach time. The hosts were gracious, responsive and worked together when anything came up. There is security on property who do patrols, and cleaning during the day. Fresh linens are stocked, lots of beds.

You can’t find a better location in town. Right on the beach, in the heart of the downtown core. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants, rent surf boards steps away from the house. It is tucked away down an alley off the main intersection in town. Absolutely the best location, people would walk by on the beach and stare at the property thinking of how great it would be to be able to rent this location.

Stayed here with 8 of my college friends and had the greatest time. Could not ask for a better location, right by town and the only house on the entire beach. Seriously had the best time and will be choosing this house again. Represented the best of Tamarindo!

This is truly a gem in Tamarindo!! Being there is even better than the pictures. We stayed here with a group of 10 and it was perfect. There is not a better location than this. I am definitely coming back here!

Magical place on the beach

Incredible location - right in the heart of Tamarindo and right on the beach. Nearby hotels don't even have as easy beach access as this place does. The house has a stack of plastic patio chairs that can easily be taken out to the beach. One to two minute walk to restaurants and shopping. We initially had a hard time finding the location, but future travelers, it's right next to Namu restaurant. Give your driver that landmark. Another important note is that the second bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms. We didn't realize that from the listing. It wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others if you are adverse to sharing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return. The location alone is worth the stay.
