Super clean, nice little airbnb! The host was super responsive and in a timely manner! I had the fridge stop working on me and it was fixed the same day! I also lost the keys 😅 and the host send someone with replacement keys within 10 minutes! The kitchen only has one burner so beware if you’re trying to cook but it was definitely doable! The location is 8 min driving from the center of tamarindo or 30 min walking. This is super worth it if you have a car! I would recommend the place was clean and nice with all you need and more. Thank you!

We found that the smell in the bathroom is not pleasant and also has no ventilation, it rains and the water leaks in different parts of the apartment and the kitchen sink clogged without us throwing anything in it, it was difficult to cook. The place is not big but we were able to stay 4 people without any problem, everything else was very good.

Gracias por su comentario, revisaremos las filtraciones que indica, y el olor al baño ya que cuando limpiamos no se sentÃa un mal olor y respecto a la pila de la cocina algo se le debió ir ya que personalmente la usé para lavar los platos y demás antes de su llegada y no nos dio problema

We loved our stay at Yendry's apartment, it is small but very comfortable, located just a few minutes away from downtown Tamarindo, there a lots of businesses nearby where you can get anything you need. We both worked from this location and did not have any issues with the wifi. The bed is very comfortable and the A/C works great. I can fully recommend this Airbnb.

We had issues with the hot water, it was tripping the breaker and would cause an electric spark. We brought it up to the host, they came and looked at it, worked somewhat fine, they said it was from calcium buildup. That night I took 3 videos of the breaker tripping and sent it to them, they didn't seem to care that there was an electrical issue. There's also a funky smell, seemed to be coming from the bathroom that overtook the entire place. When we awoke this morning there was an almost dead cockroach by the garbage... The Airbnb is also down a very noisy ally. There is food trash and glass spilled right outside the Airbnb. The neighbors above are quite noisy and it sounds like they're going to come through the roof at some points. It's somewhat close to town but there's no sidewalks so I'd suggest using a car to get in and out of town if you decide to rent this place. We wouldn't recommend it however.

We were really happy that Yendry accepted us so spontaneously. She was very flexible. The apartment is nice and has everything you need. We especially appreciated the two air conditioners. If you take a collectivo you arrive in 2 min in the center of Tamarindo.

It's ideal for two people, the house has everything you need and the air conditioning is delicious! The location is unbeatable, it is in the pure par of the Auto Mercado and a 3 minute drive from Tamarindo Beach. The price is more than fair and the cart is secure with a padlock inside the house. Whenever I come back to Tamarindo I'll keep it in mind!

it's a little far from the beaches if you don't train furniture, but there are supermarkets accessible, everything is very good, only that at night we were cold due to the lack of blankets but I understand that side since it is very hot, attentive . The bed is very noisy by the boards but we were Agusto, it could be cooked and everything was fine.

The place itself wasn't bad, and was as described. Gated and locked area to park and enter home. Had what you need for your stay. Could use a clothes line or at least some hooks around the place/on the patio to hang wet items after the beach and also a blanket for the bed as there was only a sheet. Walk to the beach was longer than expected along the busy main road, not well lit for the return home at night. Lots of loud random noises throughout the night.
