The house leaves a lot to be desired, the information of the conditions is not real, there is no light, there is no refrigerator, the room downstairs is very bad, zero conditions, the beds are unacceptable , you can not rest, there are no curtains or one, that room cannot be counted on one more of the house. The kitchen does not lend conditions, not a single cabinet just plastic boxes to store things. The worst part is that the information they put on the Internet is not true, it is a hoax and upon arrival there are surprises such as that you have to bring ice to keep the food, which is a 20-minute boat ride away, scarce and expensive. The dock has old boards that are falling off, you can tell that the owner doesn't invest the one to give comfort to the tenants, very bad value for money, it's a scam. The keeper of the house is very good person, the if 100 points.

It is a perfect place to disconnect from the world. The home is quite spacious, especially common areas. Waking up here is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Bernavé is the person who takes care that everything is fine,in transportation to the village and anything you need. It's helped us with everything, and it's made us feel amazing. The experience is definitely super recommended. It has a barbecue where you can cook a good fish and enjoy it in the beautiful outdoor living room. Alejandro has been waiting for our arrival and helping at all times! (Thank you!!!) A beautiful place in Guatemala. The climb from here to Livingstone by boat is one of the prettiest routes I've ever done.
