We were delighted with this apartment and the entire facility. The best value for money at Hacienda, as it is very well located and you can see the waves while having your coffee in the living room, which is great for us surfers. The apartment is basically a 5-star hotel. Very clean and fully equipped. Marisol, who did periodic cleaning, is very organized and left everything beautiful. In the shower, she provides complimentary shampoo, conditioner and incredible liquid soap. It's all air-conditioned, and our group preferred the comfort of the apartment to the house that other friends were in. Congratulations to Roberta. We loved our experience and want to go back there!

The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the beach and close to the Beach Club.

Great place, great location and super helpful and attentive host!

We had the opportunity to stay over the Christmas holiday. The condo and complex was just as described. We even received an extra cleaning due to the length of our stay which was a nice surprise. We hope to come back in the future and stay here.

amazing place and amazing host!

Beautiful oasis our host was very friendly easy to communicate when we had any questions. Great view great pools beach was right outside your front door! I recommend getting some groceries before you head to the Airbnb. You are a little off the beaten path, super peaceful in October as it was the off-season. Had a great kitchen for cooking and lots of space for multiple guests.

The place it’s simply amazing and Roberta is a great host her hospitality and kindness made our stay grate .. we loved everything so we are definitely coming back.

Really lovely place to stay. Located in a beautiful spot and the apartment was exactly as described. All really clean and comfortable. A very short walk to the beach where there is a nice bar and restaurant. There is also a little pool just outside the apartment block which was really handy for little ones. Roberta was very helpful and quick to answer any question. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were really happy with this apartment. It was very well equiped and Roberta though about even the smallest details like the options to hang the wet clothes and all the equipment in the kitchen . Roberta solved every problem we had along the way ( we had just a few) as fast as possible and we always had a fast answer from her. Marisol, the lady that came to clean was so nice and professional. We really liked her. The swimming pool was always clean and ready to use 😁.

Hacienda Iguana was a quiet place, well maintained, very protected and private... with certain amenities and services that allowed you to stock up on essentials. Although we recommend buying everything in Rivas before arriving, since everything is very expensive inside the hacienda. The beach is very quiet, good for walking, enjoying the sea and its gentle waves and surfing for all levels. We recommend walking beyond the rocks at both ends of Iguana Beach. Roberta's apartment is nice, practical, very well-kept and in a prime location overlooking the ocean. Roberta was attentive and kind, and always answered all our questions and doubts. After having toured Nicaragua, it was a good destination to end our trip.

We loved our stay here! There is nothing bad about it. Beautiful views, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas. Beds are firm, which was fine. Pool was lovely! Marisol was so kind and cleaned several times during our stay, she did an excellent job. Pili’s restaurant was basically next door. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Absolutely loved our stay, amazing location right by the surf spot and restaurant/bar area. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful even answering a question we had at arrival at 3am! She also set up our airport transfers which were smooth and for the best local price. Thank you!!

Lovely place to stay and just steps from the beach

The place is nice.

Such a beautiful spot walking distance to the beach. Stunning beach. The beach bar / pool area is gorgeous as well. We were coming from farther north which is not as much of a 'resort' feel so just be sure you pick up some groceries on your way if you don't feel like paying the premium at the restaurants or the little village grocery store. We rented motor bikes and checked out the neighboring beaches. Well worth what we paid.
