this is our third time staying here for an extended period of time. this home is very spacious and clean, and rodolfo is a gracious and responsive host. thank you!

everything is perfect!

The place was great for our family of 7. We arrived late at night and needed a place to stay. it was clean, lots of comfortable beds, A/C and everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The host was super responsive for questions, tips etc. Great spot

This place could not be better located. We booked it for an overnight stay after a long travel day and were extremely pleased with the walk ability of the neighborhood and the excellent food options surrounding it. Definitely would have enjoyed having more time to explore all the eateries close by. For awareness, the street it's on gets a fair amount of traffic. If you sleep in either of the two front bedrooms, you would benefit from having some ear plugs to prevent the noise from keeping you awake. If you're sleeping in the master bedroom in the back, you won't hear a thing.

It was a good place to stay for a big family. Great location, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay!

I really liked the place where I stayed. The view was beautiful and the space was very nice. We arrived before check-in time and the host was very kind to let us in early. At first, we had a problem with the Internet, but he fixed it as quickly as possible and was always attentive. Overall, it was a very good experience and I recommend the place.

The place matched the photos, which is appreciated and gave us confidence from the start. Overall, it looked tidy and met our needs, as we mainly used it to rest. In terms of areas for improvement, we think it's important to mention that there weren't enough towels for everyone; there were 6 of us, and it would have been ideal to have that many. Despite these issues, we are grateful for the stay, as it served its main purpose.

Good location, clean place and spacious areas

Rodolfo’s place is a perfect place to stay in San Jose! If you have a rental car, he allows you to keep it in his garage! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the whole place was clean and nicely decorated. Thank you!

Casa Peralta was perfect for our family! We were visiting our daughter who is studying abroad at Veritas and is living with her host family a few doors down. Not only was this a huge plus for us, the location of this home was fantastic. We literally walked everywhere (supermarket, restaurants in the Barrio area, National Monument, National Museum, even the Central Market (approx 30 min walk.) The Airbnb was huge with wonderfully sized bedrooms, comfortable beds/bedding, and nice sized bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make food and there were ample dishes, silverware and glasses. We appreciated the washer/dryer and brought Tide Pods with us from home. Each bedroom had large TV's (we logged in with our Amazon Prime account to watch movies) and each bedroom had an air conditioner which was perfect to drown out the street traffic and the birds who happily announce morning!

Rodolfo was always attentive to what we needed and had the best attitude from the moment we started the booking process. We really liked the place and, as other guests have indicated, it is spacious and very clean. It also had a very good variety of cooking utensils, and extra towels and bedding for everything we needed during our stay. We also liked the location because of how close it was to many things. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Casa Peralta again.

Rodolfo's place was amazing, super spacious, clean, well equipped, we felt right at home. Restaurants and bars nearby, a market just a few steps away, everything convenient for a quiet stay with my family. The host is always willing to help and very friendly in communication. Mrs. Lolita is very helpful and has a nice energy. I highly recommend it! Thank you so much for everything.
