Would stay here again! Steps from the beach, great and quiet complex. WiFi connection was a little unreliable but didn’t cause any real problems for working remote.

Calin's communication great from start. He collected us from Airport. Place was great value for money very close to beach and short walk to town. Restaurants, Coffee shop and small shop within a 100m. Gardens and Pool really well kept. Friendly Iguanas and Fresh Mangos which kept my two young boys entertained. Internet perfect for keeping in touch with work. Any small issues were resolved immediately. Calin allowed us a late check out.

The Green Forest is a great location and a fantastic setting for leisure around the pool or walking to the beach and local restaurants.

Beautiful place to visit as a family, very quiet and clean. The place is close to the beach, you can walk there. You'll find restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Large and clean pool. Calin is very friendly and very efficient communication. Plus rich mangoes!

I had a wonderful stay in Coco! Calin’s place is located right beside a few great restaurants and just a five minute walk or so from the beach and Main Street. The unit was very clean, AC was great and the wifi was good. There’s a nice pool and an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before going back into your place. This place is a great value and very comfortable. I would stay here again! Thanks for everything! Pura vida

Calin is absolutely great to work with. Genuinely nice guy that really cares how your stay is going and if he can do anything to improve it. The unit itself is adorable and very comfortable and very usable space. It has a ton of storage space, a well-supplied kitchen which was important for our long stay, with all appliances in good working order. The unit is very clean, and the grounds and pool are well maintained. The entire time we stayed there, it was pleasantly quiet and the other guests were very nice and great to interact with. The location is great, with walking access to the beach, grocery stores and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay here! String wi fi, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, helpful host, friendly neighbour's, good a/c. lots of restaurants close by, short walk to beach and downtown. highly recommend.

I spent a whole month in this place, and everything was perfect. I loved its location and communication with Calin and Rosa was excellent. Also internet works without any issue.

I rarely make a review, but considering the service I have received and how both Calin and Rosa went above and beyond all expectations it would be unfair to say nothing. The location is perfect, minutes walking (literally) from the beach, right next door to little cafes, good restaurants, a supermarket and yet peaceful and quiet. 10-15 minute walk to the main drag if you are looking for more choices of shopping / socialising. A very clean & comfortable studio apartment, fully equipped and any little thing I was missing like a cheese grater and then a strainer was delivered shortly after the request. Hugely attentive hosts making sure everything works as described and it did Also of note is a lovely swimming pool, outdoor BBQ area, friendly neighbours and steps away from the Sunday farmers market. An immaculately clean and well maintained property, inside and out. I would highly recommend this property and have nothing but gratitude for Calin and Rosa for being such wonderful top class hosts.
