Luis is the nicest, most accommodating host you can have. He will do anything possible to help you out and make your experience as easy as possible. The apartment is exactly as described, and perfectly centrally located. Highly recommended!!

It was an exceptionally good stay. Luis took great care of us and found an excellent solution to a misunderstanding. It was clean and very quiet at night. Beautiful outdoor area with a table and hammocks. Washing machine available, which also worked out just fine. We would stay there again. It was great.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and had a great time. Luis was always helpful and easily accessible. We highly recommend the place.

My husband and I spent 5 weeks at Trebolmar, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The unit is upstairs with a nice view of the garden, has a really great layout, the kitchen area with table and chairs is separate enough from the bedroom, so we could each have enough space. We greatly appreciated the lovely cleaner Dani for making our room smell so lovely twice a week, such a bonus! Having access to clean drinking water and a shared washing machine was very useful. My husband is a surfer, so the location was perfect for him to walk across the road and reach the waves at Playa Carmen in 5 minutes. And in general the location is one of the best in Santa Teresa, easy walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, spectacular sunsets, everything you need. The property has 8 units, and everyone staying there was friendly. Luis is an exceptional host, he definitely looks after the place and every detail, he was quick to respond to any questions and was always helpful. We look forward to returning :)

Very comfortable, with good amenities and a beautiful back yard. I stayed for a little over three weeks, so I greatly appreciated the pantry cabinet. Parking is easy and safe. Luis is both proactive and highly responsive; any question I sent was answered within the hour, and typically much faster. The desk is large and well-placed and the internet is consistently good, even in the midst of torrential rainstorms. There are lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Tours and vehicle rentals are easy to get to. The beach nearby isn't great for swimming, but I hear it's highly recommended for surfers, and it's also nice to walk along. The main road through Santa Teresa is busy and heavy on the exhaust fumes, but none of that reaches the apartment despite how close it is. I was able to see iguanas and agouti from the back yard. A friendly local cat also stops by frequently. Sunday brunch at Drift is great when it's available. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended.

This place is a great place to stay in Santa Teresa, good social atmosphere and clean living space. Very friendly and responsive owners and staff. If you want to stay somewhere nice and communal, this is a great spot.

I stayed for 1 month and was working remotely. Perfect place to work, surf and enjoy Santa Teresa! Great location! Fast and reliable WiFi. Great cleaning crew - kept the place spotless and fresh. And Luis is a very helpful and friendly host. A digital nomad paradise!
