Everything was clean and the host was responsive when we had small trouble getting into the lock box! Would stay here again as it is walkable to the city and beach access is just right across the street!

We stayed at Leo’s place for several weeks and were very satisfied. We particularly loved the apartment's location in the heart of Santa Teresa and the friendly communication with Leo and Lupe. We will be happy to come back!

Both Leonardo and Lupe were so nice and so helpful throughout our stay. Leo was very communicative and always provided quick responses and was prompt in helping, as was Lupe. Highly recommend this home!☺️ Very cozy place to stay, and everything worked properly with the Wi-Fi, kitchen, bathroom, etc. The only issue we had was a few cockroaches, but Lupe and Leo were quick to help.😊☀️ Very close to the beach, and the place is right next to a café called Anis, which in my opinion served the best food in the ENTIRE Santa Teresa area.🤩

Leonardo was a lovely, helpful host. Lupia was also amazing and helped when I couldn't find a taxi. My room was at the back so was quiet and the place was a stones throw away from the beach! Just a heads up there is no AC, but there are fans, which was okay. Bed was also very comfortable. Would stay again.

Leonardo is a thoughtful and available host. We loved discovering San Teresa and the surrounding area, the place was perfectly located. We'll go back one day!

Our stay was 6 days in the Swell house of the complex - the smallest of all. Pros: the Airbnb is very conveniently located if you don't have transportation, meters from the main beach. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very good and it was quite well equipped. Cons: next to the complex there are other Airbnbs/hotels/hostels and the music and noise can be heard very close! Also, being on the bottom floor and the ceiling being wooden, absolutely all the noise from the people upstairs could be heard; footsteps, falls, conversations. Another thing that caught our attention is that we did not see that the cleaning service was included - although it is very useful, it was not clarified and we were surprised to enter and see that someone had entered, without notifying us. Lupe is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed with Leo for 6 nights and enjoyed it to the max! Really lovely little apartment, very central and close to the beach! There was everything you needed to make some easy food and Lupe came by and kept the place clean every day!
